“I love this gym!!!! The price is so reasonable, its incredibly clean, its nicely temperature controlled, and there is enough equipment where you don't feel like you need to wait for anything. But my favorite part is that this is they gym where introverts go to be by themselves and workout and go home. No loitering. Its pretty awesome.”

“I joined Unified as part of a 42 day challenge - needed to do something to halt my fitness decline and weight gain once and for all. With a low fitness level I was a little anxious about joining a group class structure but I needn't have been. Everyone, from instructors to fellow members have been full of encouragement - there is no judgement. If you aren't able to do the precise routine then the instructors show you how to modify your workout. Don't let age (I'm 60) or weight (I need to lose 70 to100lbs) be a discouragement - just do it! I highly recommend, and look forward to continuing my journey.”

I recently started going to AIM and it's been a blast. I do the small group training, and have had sessions with each of the coaches. They are all there to see you succeed. I first went there without ever setting foot into a gym, if I can do it, you can too. I hope to see you there in class.”

“I have met such wonderful people who I now consider my friends. Each Coach has their own personality that you are drawn to. The care, commitment and passion is evident. Panda values community and whether you’re looking for a hard workout, banter, laughter or just beginning as I was, you will not be disappointed. The workouts are always different and personally challenging in their own way. I never considered myself an athlete or played sports but coming for over a year now I feel like this is my field, rink or court.”

“Rise is first an amazing Crossfit Gym but very near second an AMAZING community of people. The members are all very supportive. The owner Carrie is one of the most kind hearted people with a smile on her face that always makes you want to come back but also pushes you enough to realize all the boundaries you thought you had were just in your head! The other coaches are very professional and patient with newbies like me and that's saying a lot. There are a lot of movements that take time invested to perfect. Everyone is made to feel welcome no matter your skill level and even if you don't think CrossFit style workouts are for you then you also have sweat classes with are more geared towards boot camp styles and damn do they make you sweat! I've tried multiple ways to get fit from regular gyms, running, YouTube workouts at home, hiking multiple times a week and more and so far this has been the one that I have loved the most and I don't think it would have been this way if it were another gym. RISE to your potential at RISE fitness! You won't regret it. (this is not their slogan. I just made it up. ‍) I am a member so you can take that as you will. “I completed the 1 week trial and wound up signing up after my 5 class. I was looking for a fitness program that I could follow rather than develop. F45 is perfect for this. It is very challenging and definitely makes you work. The gym has a welcoming and positive vibe and is great for all ages and levels of fitness. Salome and her trainers are very knowledgeable and will challenge you with supportive feedback to ensure you are performing the exercises safely with maximum benefit. Salome has created an fun and positive vibe that makes you feel good mentally and physically. I highly recommend this program and specifically this location due to Salome and her team of trainers.”

“If you’re serious about your fitness goals and want the right training approach, this is the club that I highly recommend! I visited other clubs but this one is different!

This really changed my perspective on having a personal trainer who’s truly knowledgeable about body mechanics. Not every gym or club genuinely cares about you or your form, but this one definitely does. It was my first time with the club and it felt awesome! I learned so much and even realized my form wasn’t right as I thought. It was such a valuable experience! Shawn was exactly the coach (and I believe all of their trainers) I’d been looking for he pushes you while giving realistic, thoughtful advice that actually helps you improve.”

“Just finished my first CrossFit class, and I might be hooked! The vibe was amazing—everyone was super friendly, like they knew a secret to fitness happiness. The coach was fantastic, making sure I didn’t accidentally deadlift my way to the ER.

By the end, my muscles were sending SOS signals, but that’s just weakness leaving the body, right? I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great workout. Come for the exercise, and stay because your legs won’t work well enough to leave!”

“I ateppednon a scale in November of 2023 and was at a staggering 275! I was so nervous to walk into a gym and not know how or where to start. CBC Crossfit made this experience fantastic from the start through to the end! I had some really great conversations about my worries and the staff were excellent at providing what I needed! (I was really worried about getting hurt) I took on their 6 week challenge which has a meal plan and nutrition guide, and was at the gym mostly 4 days a week( I was working from out of town so there were some gaps in my schedule). I was able to make a great lifestyle change in my diet and the encouragement not only from the staff but all the others in the class was exactly what I needed! I'm only moving on because it's time for me to start the next project and will not be returning to the lower mainland any time soon. When I'm back I'll definitely return here and continue!

I'm down 35lbs (from middle of November 2023 to the middle of February 2024) and feel better and stronger than I have in the last 5 years!!!
