They get an owner's needs. Plus, when your animal needs a quick rinse in the gross months, they don't charge you like it's a full fledge salon visit. Now I can afford to get my dog a treat while they are being rinsed off. Thanks Pet Planet. Love your animal community atmosphere.

Susan groomed my very unfriendly boy cat last week. She was badly scratched about five or six times, but she patiently persisted and managed to give lions cut to this bad boy. Thank you Susan!
