“Susi is beyond helpful when it comes to the health and happiness of your pets. This is an amazing store and the owner is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to dogs and keeping them healthy and happy with diet. I have a 1 year old black lab and I have been getting the majority of my puppies food here. She has helped educate me so much on what goes into dog food and what to stay away from. I was randomly looking up her store today to call and place an order and was absolutely shocked I didn't see anything but 5 star reviews. When looking a little deeper it's pretty clear that anyone who hasn't given a 5 star review isn't even a real account. I would only go to this store if you want the absolute best products at great prices and knowledge from an owner who actually authentically cares for animals and isn't just after making a profit.”

“I was driving home from a physio appointment and remembered we were almost out of food for our dog. Our baby just had fallen asleep in his car seat. I couldn’t leave him alone in the car but also didn’t want to wake him up by moving him. The team at bone and biscuit brought the dog food to my car where I had to do neither. Now I can see why my husband never wants to buy elsewhere. We support their family and theirs support ours. “I ordered a Hummers Hearth heater for a cold snap, and threw in a window hummingbird feeder too. They called to be sure I knew the heater didn't work for that in case I didn't know, and also included a 15w bulb for the heater for my little birdie pals while it's so cold. Such excellent service! Support these guys and not Amazon! Spot the little hummer!”

“Bought a cake for my dog's 1st birthday the turnaround was great and quick. It was a great addition. However the bone was pretty big for one dog and I didn't really enjoy it. I will make sure that the dog likes it, before we buy it. I would give 5 overall but my dog didn't like it.”

Lived in the area over a year and never realised I had driven by such an amazing small buisness, find myself thinking of reasons to go back. “I had no idea this place existed! We were driving by and stumbled on it the other day.Fantastic selection of seeds of all types at rock bottom prices. Hard to find pellets at excellent prices like Harrison’s! And they make their own seed blends. We got a simply ridiculous amount of millet for very little money. They also had a variety of perches and toys.That being said not all the toys were as high quality or bird safe as I like. For an experienced bird owner who knows the ins and outs of bird safety this place is awesome. But for a bird newb I would proceed with a hint of caution.”
“Amazing service I drop my puppy yesterday he came back with perfect haircut that I have never seen before .He is 5 years old before he use to go to 2 other place which any time I drop him to those places they always call and told me uh we need to shave him since his hair is very fine and tangled!!!!But yesterday this place made my dayI came back from work and as soon as I saw him I was so happy that for the first time he did not get shavedI am very very happy to find Uptown Dawg in Port Coquitlam I will continue take him here .Thank you for your service ??”
“Really fantastic variety and the quality of the food brands is top tier. They also have a loyalty program that gets you a bag of food free after a certain number of purchases. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their pets a quality, varied diet without having to do a lot of research beforehand, as they don't bring in "junk" foods.”
