“I had an incredibly stressful morning today, and I cannot say enough good things about Bahareh. From the moment she stepped in, she was calm, professional, and genuinely helpful. Her confidence and composure as a manager were immediately apparent, yet she remained humble, kind, and fully present.
She went above and beyond to help me get ready for my pilot passport photo, and honestly, she truly saved the day. What stood out most was how effortlessly she balanced leadership with care her positive energy, assertiveness, and clear mission to help customers were reflected in everything she did.
Only after all of this did I learn that it was her very first day on the job which is remarkable. This establishment is incredibly lucky to have someone like her. During an extremely busy time after 10 a.m., she still managed to give me her full attention while handling all her other responsibilities with grace.
