“Above and beyond wonderful service from the Manager and Pharmasave team at this location. They have even tracked down my dad who lives in the retirement home to get his medication to him so he has it over the weekend. Now I have the nursing team from the Pharmasave administering his medications daily and his health has improved dramatically. They connect with his doctor as well. It is such a relief to know the nurses will let me know if anything goes wrong so I can relax when I can’t get hold of him. Such professional, caring and excellent service. “SAFEWAY PHARMACY- I visited the pharmacy for a vaccination. As suggested, I booked the appointment two days prior. No wait, very fast appointment. The pharmacy assistants (both) were so pleasant. The pharmacist was brisk, to the point, and not very pleasant, but very good at her job. (I got the feeling she didn't like me - don't know what I did). The pharmacist provided very good instructions regarding the follow-up appointment and printed a reminder note for me.”

Recently around noon one of my doctors made a major change to my prescriptions and wanted it to be effective the next day. I use Blister Packs so this was a major request. Later in the day I went to the store and consulted with Henry Ibrahim, Pharmacy Manager. Henry took on the task and gave me a revised blister pack for two days. It was ready for me within a couple of hours. Also my full blister pack for the month was revised and available to me in two days.
