“I dealt with this business exclusively before I moved away. I have recently returned and I will definitely be going there for all my parts needs now, and in the future.
These guys are the best they know their stuff and go the extra mile.”
“I want to thank the whole team at urgels for the fast turn around of getting our car repaired, it looks fabulous and thanks for cleaning the inside,It was such a surprise, thanks again.”
“Great place. After four stops in Port Alberni looking for parts for my 61 year old car the young fellow at Southside found a creative way to help me out. Next time Southside will be my first stop and likely my last. Thanks!”

“##greatstaff #helpfull #cheerfull #informed #professional...
Was a good day... came in looking for a rear wiper, gave him year and model and he punched it in and walked over and grabbed for me instead of telling me where to look and get it myself,, very good service and professionalism..
Would recommend this place to anyone... thanks for making my easier and the other half now can see out of her rear windows and be safer .. may you have a good week”

“I purchased a vehicle here recently and can’t express how wonderful Shane, Mikala, and Chelsea made the whole experience! The service and parts team were great as well. I live out of town, but it was definitely worth the drive for their excellent service.
I will be going there for everything I need in the future even though I live only 5 minutes away from a similar dealership.Thank you all again! See you at my first service appointment.”
