Shoe Stores in Port Alberni, BC

“If I could give 6 stars I would. Over and above with their service at this place! I came in to buy a new pair of shoes because mine were left out overnight in the rain, and I had no socks on wearing my atrociously dirty shoes. Liz immediately pointed me the right way, and once she could see that I wasn't too sure what I wanted, came over and helped me. She helped me find a pair that not only was exactly what I was looking for, but also on sale!!! She even got me a pair of socks to borrow so I could try them on, and made sure I was 100% happy before I bought them. She was super friendly the whole time. I came in expecting an ordinary shoe store, but what I got was a place where people actually care about their customers, and go out of their way to make sure they get the right fit. Best retail service I've had in a very long time, most helpful staff, and I walked out wearing some extremely comfortable shoes for a great price. Will be back here in the future.”

“As a person with quite wide and flat feet it is almost impossible to find good quality shoes that fit. At Treadsetters I get amazing customer service and Barb goes above and beyond to make sure we find the perfect shoe's for my feet plus accessories when needed. 100% recommend. Ladybug the service dog gives Treadsetters 5/5 paws.”
