I explained my situation that my car was on the side of the road and I was just trying to get home. I asked if they had any hoses in stock that would be of a similar shape with the same internal diameter.
The staff member went to check the inventory, and within 2 min came back with the perfect hose. We both measured the internal diameter, and it was the one. Long story short, I made it home and still have that hose on the car. Which is better than the one BMW designed.
