“I just recently had a service completed by Grip Tire & Auto, and I'm extremely happy with the service. I came in for an oil change, and included with an oil change was a general visual inspection. Iain was awesome to work with while booking the appointment, and he had excellent communication throughout the service. While my car was in the shop, he emailed an inspection sheet for me to review. Attached were pictures and prices of the proposed repairs which truly shows full transparency with this shop. Iain then followed up to explain the inspection sheet and asked for the go-ahead to ensure that the necessary repairs were addressed. As someone who has had many negative experiences with mechanics pushing unnecessary repairs on me, I feel that the staff here are very honest. I will be trusting Iain and his team to take care of any upcoming maintenance on my vehicle in the future. Also, a bonus is they washed my vehicle and vacuumed the inside! Thanks again for such a positive experience.”

“Colorworks Toms Custom Autobody Port Coquitlam is awesome! My friend recommended us to this shop, and I'm glad we went to them. Our car was damaged by some low-life, hit and run at a Walmart parking lot. Colorworks helped us repair the damages and did detailing in 4 days. The result is very good. Duncan checked the result with us to make sure we are happy with it. He helped us to remove a stubborn water stain on the top of the car too! The services are great, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Prices may be on the premium side but you get what you pay for. We will hire them again in the future! 5 stars.”

For the budget minded, that service is priceless.I also enjoy the fact that Steve Turnell's shop has no issues with working on older vehicles. Not easy to find these days as you may surmise.But HEY if you have a new vehicle, Steve and Ken are the guys to sort things out for you indeed. They have a clean office, television, comfortable chairs, clean rest room and lots of parking too.I'll be back for sure!”

“After having my windows smashed, I went to New West Collision the next day and they were able to do an estimate on the spot, which is much quicker than all other places I called (which had a lead time of 2-3 weeks just to get an assessment). They handled everything quickly and smoothly and were good communicators. Even though my vehicle was ready for pick up on a heavy snowfall day, they told me I should just wait till the next day to come pick it up and not risk it in the snow and how to explain to ICBC that I needed an extra day with the loaner. When I picked up my car, I was very happy with the workmanship and service. I highly recommend them, and would definitely go back if I ever have body repairs again.”
