“Amazing shop! I got new tires for my Tesla and was impressed by the exceptional customer service from Mike and his team. Mike took time to answer all of my questions and recommended a great set of tires. They were also able to accommodate my last-minute appointment and the service was fast and efficient. Highly recommend!”

“Highly recommend! Fair prices, professional and quick. Aaron was so helpful and very clearly explained to me the price breakdown and even showed me video proof of the work that needed to be done. I don’t know anything about cars but it made me feel like I was in the right hands. Definitely my go to for car maintenance”

“My wife and I have been enjoying our new 2025 Honda Pilot and were in the market for some new winter rims for it. We were online looking but didn’t want to order the wrong rims for our snow tires. Once again, Westwood Honda, Trevor Kelly-Service Advisor to be specific, went over and above to ensure that we order the correct rims for our upcoming service appt. for our Honda. We can’t stress enough how appreciative we are that we can contact the dealership and they will support you with anything related to your vehicle. We continue to be loyal Westwood customers. “Went in for a winter tire swap today and it was great all around. Told me my winter tire swap would take an hour and guess what - almost exactly an hour on the dot. Love that. No bullshit, no upselling, great price.”

“I needed a spark plug for my Briggs and Stratton lawn mover. Although they deal in only auto parts, they went out of their way to procure that for me within an hour. The staff is friendly. Would recommend.”

“A couple of weeks ago our older Lexus wasnt blowing cold air when we would turn on AC. My husband asked me to go and to be honest I hate going to auto shops because every time I have gone I feel like they swindle you into everything needing fixing. This is NOT how I felt with Apollo. Wow, they were so informative and not pushy. They are a family run business that treats their clients like family also. I felt like I was getting honest feedback with everything. Matt was even showing me what he was talking about that way I knew what he was referring to. We are forever customers now because it’s nice to know my car will be in the hands of someone who truly cares and is t pushing random fixes that don’t need fixing.”

“I really appreciate the effort Steve put into my car. From the start, he clearly explained what he was going to do and provided a rough estimate—and everything turned out exactly as he described. He was on time with no delays, the pricing was very reasonable, and most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent. I can’t thank him and his crew enough, and I’m truly grateful to my friend who referred him to me. I would absolutely recommend this business.”

“Such a refreshing experience! Taka is incredibly honest, charges fair and reasonable prices, and explains everything so thoroughly and patiently—like a real doctor explaining your health condition. No jargon, no rushing, just clear communication and genuine care for both the customer and the car. One of the rare good ones left. Will definitely be back and recommending to everyone! Update: I came back to this shop again, and once again Taka was extremely helpful. He helped me source the parts I needed from Japan, and his pricing was very fair. What I especially appreciate is that he genuinely cares about his customers and always tries to recommend the best option for them. He is honest, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Taka and this shop.”

“Took my car in for check up yesterday, I had great experience from the beginning to end. The staffs there were all super friendly, and helpful. I have to mention that Mark Rogalski, who was the front desk service advisor. He was very understanding, let me decided on what level I was comfortable with on having my car checked. And the staff who had worked on inspecting my car, he did an excellent job and made my car very clean inside out! Finally on my way out after picking up my car, I had asked a young and tall staff ( forgot to ask his name🙂↕) to help me with few display settings, and he did all without any hesitation. Now I have a super clean car with everything is in perfect condition! I was totally amazed!”

“We had such a great experience with Lexus of Port Moody! We’re very happy with our new Lexus and really appreciate all the help we received throughout the process. A big thank you to Navid for being so patient, helpful, and for spending so much time answering all our questions and helping us with the lease. And thank you to Sina for delivering the car and taking the time to explain everything to us. Both were so friendly and professional, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We’re very happy with our decision and would definitely recommend Navid, Sina, and Lexus of Port Moody to anyone looking for a Lexus!!”
