“This bank provides an excellent customer experience on every visit. I have been a customer for many years. The level of service has always been to notch. They are a full service institution and I have not found a service they cannot provide. At the larger institution I leave feeling like I'm an opportunity for them to charge excess fees. The Community and Credit Union's full service package, at a reasonable cost, eliminates this feeling . The type of service they provide is getting harder to find.”

“I had the best banking experience at this branch just yesterday. I was there to ask some questions including how their monthly fee works cause my husband's got charged his fee when he closed a chequing account at another branch even though he closed it just a week after May started. And the teller Li and manager did such a great job! They let me know TD doesn't charge any fee when accounts close, and so apologized for the little mistake that other branch made. And they reimbursed sufficient amount to cover the fee and more. I've never had this generous service at any other banks and they were just genuinely nice and kind. I'd definitely visit this branch if I need any other services at TD”

“Usually the bank is not a place that I like to go until it is really neccessary. Recently because my friend has a issue with RBC online banking, I visited this branch because of the long wait and slow service I would have given this place the worst review. But because of 2 employees it would be unfair to give this place a bad review. Our dealing with was a lady, she was in a hijab and I am giving this referrence since I didn't know her name. She was super efficent and by nature she had a helping attitude. My 5 stars are because of her,and another gentleman named Mike. Mike and the Hijab lady were beside eachother and I could hear the conversation Mike was having with his clients. I dont know anything about his efficiency but all I know that he was super humble. He had a new couple from Colombia who had just arrived in Canada, So when they came they said they have a problem with english. Mike replied that he has a bigger problem in Spanish than the couple had with English, and then he had right away took out his IPhone and opened google translate. He started a conversation with them. His humbleness and being so down to earth has touched me the most. I think that both of those employees are an asset to RBC and with the world being so materilistic we need more people with a good heart than efficiency.”

I was looking for a credit card last week, Kevin did a great job to explain the difference of each products and recommend me the proper cards based on my needs. Also, he gave me warmly welcome when I arrived branch, he did really job on customer services as well!”

“I don't know why there's such low reviews for this branch, but I found the service friendlier and faster than the branch in Burnaby (Crystal Mall).As other reviewers have mentioned, yes, there is a lot of security just to log in or check things with your account. But I don't mind it at all. I needed two pieces of ID and a passcode that was on my file to make a few changes to my account. No biggie!I would rather a bank with extra security precautions than slack.As for them treating you badly if you aren't $$$, for my case it isn't true. I look like a hot mess in the mornings when I head to the bank, and wasn't treated any differently. My account is modest and I don't have any investment products with them.****One star off for the fees. Transferring from one's personal account to another online was like a $1 or $2 fee. Why should one be charged for transferring money to yourself within the same bank?”
