I was there to ask some questions including how their monthly fee works cause my husband's got charged his fee when he closed a chequing account at another branch even though he closed it just a week after May started. And the teller Li and manager did such a great job! They let me know TD doesn't charge any fee when accounts close, and so apologized for the little mistake that other branch made. And they reimbursed sufficient amount to cover the fee and more. I've never had this generous service at any other banks and they were just genuinely nice and kind. I'd definitely visit this branch if I need any other services at TD”

“I attended the branch this afternoon to get a bank draft for the down payment for a home purchase. The fee was $9.95. I asked the young man that was assisting me if he could waive the charges. He said the bank draft fee is automatically charged to our account. A few minutes later, he said that he had checked and as a very long-term customer of the bank he would reverse the charges. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised by this and genuinely grateful that he went above and beyond. These days there are so many fees charged for everything. Not only was it such a refreshing change to have a pleasant person helping me but also going above and beyond. Thank you Daniel!! Further to that...I called the branch to ask his name as I didn't see a name tag while there. I called the bank to explain the situation and lo and behold it was Daniel that answered the phone. He was so humbled and insisted there was no need to speak to a supervisor to extend my gratitude.Therefore...Daniel, I hope that someone else in a supervisory capacity at your branch or head office sees this and you get a kudos for your efforts. “THANKS to ANTHONY WANG - assistant branch manager, the Vietnamese and Chinese female tellers.There are 2 RBC branches that I always come which is this one and Joyce x Kingsway.I ran into a huge problem, came to Joyce and asked for help several times, they could not help me because tellers doesnt have much knowledge. and the teller manager didnt want to talk directly to me but kept talking through the teller. I kept waiting for my problem to be solved but nothing they could do. since 8/ 2023 until Feb 2024.I decided to come to the Willingdon x Kingsway branch instead this time. There were 3 people helping me. A Vietnamese girl, a Chinese girl and Anthony Wang. the 2 girls were very helpful, very quick, very straighforward. the line there always long so those girls working very quick instead of talking to you a lot but not solving your problem like the Joyce branch.Although I got help from the 2 girls, there is still something not solved yet. And Anthony - the assistant branch manager helped me. it takes only one day to solve everything. he is super knowledgable, he gave me his card, prepare me documents needed. he is very very good. my problem wasnt solved since 8/2023 until Feb 2024. And Anthony solved it in 40 minutes lol. He is amazing. From now on, I will only come to this branch. If you run into problems, ask the girls to help and then ask for Anthony.”
