“I stopped into the Langley, Walnut Grove store this afternoon just before closing to buy a birthday card. The lady working was absolutely lovely. She was so sweet and genuinely looked like she loved her job. It was so refreshing to see and receive this level of customer service.This is not the first time I've experience wonderful ladies at this location. And the store is so cute. If you haven't been, you must go at least once to see for yourself.AM”
“Give 5 stars for what they have which we liked a lot including snacks and drinks that reasonable price, clean and organized so can't wait to go back. But the service should improve because no hi, no smile, not helpful at all. Didn't even pay attention or welcome us when we walked in. You really need better service there.”
“I ordered 2 arrangements on the website for a 11am pickup. They emailed me saying its ready at 1050am.
When i came to pick them up i was suprised how big they were they looked amazing! Fruit was fresh and in excellent condition.
Staff was polite and it was an extremely wonderful experience i got a wonderful box to support the larger arrangement.
The gifts were a huge hit i highly recommend them it was an excellent experience.”

“Coquitlam location did a great job with my order. I got free next day delivery. Called for an update and they were friendly and informative. It is a little pricey -but for the delivery and freshly made baked goods and strawberries covered in chocolate it is worth it. Made the recipients day and I trust the company and its reputation for cleanliness and food safety, and deliveries are made in a refrigerated van so it is not spoiled prior to arrival. I once received a fruit arrangement and it was beautiful and tasty and fresh with good quality chocolate. Way better then actual flowers which cost the same or more and die ?”
