The owner named Robyn was very professional, welcoming & we were happy to come & check on a price. When we arrived Robyn was very business like gave us a price that we were more than happy with. It was our 2nd appraisal & she was more than fair. She has beautifully laid out displays & my husband & I were happy we found Sophie’s gold & gift shop on line as we don’t live in the area. “This is part 2 because I hit the character limit.This is Anna I got a bracelet in a small cat figurine!This is the rest of my previous review under the email Diimidose.The bracelet was 23$ and the figuring was 24$ which in my experience I've only found those prices in farmers, markets or a more independent operation. To find such reasonable prices in a mall was a relief to my wallet and I definitely plan on shopping there in the future.The prices definitely aren't cheap for a bracelet or a small figurine, but they're definitely good if you want something hand made out of genuine crystal!Overall, my experience was amazing, I couldn't afford to get the turtle I wanted, it's made out of amethyst and it's so beautiful and I want to name it Clyde!However, I took lots of pictures and I planned to return for a turtle figurine, even if it's not that specific one, they're all beautiful.As someone who is prone to getting looks from people who I think I'm not conforming to the societal norm enough and may require a little more patience from the employees when I go out somewhere I really appreciated that I felt welcome and not out of place or difficult. I was just a customer, I was a person, and as simple as that is it makes me happy.I would definitely recommend this store to anyone who is in the area!”

“these guys are the best! if you're honest and respectful to them, then they are more than willing to help you when your hurtin. I got a guitar back from another place in the past with a broken string and a chip on the body that wasn't there before. These guys have my guitar back in perfect condition.
