“After visiting quite a few jewellery stores, I went to Rochelle jewellery at the semi Ama mall and was greeted by NIHA I explain the ring that I wanted right away. She said I know the ring you want. She looked in the display case there wasn’t any, but she told me she had just sold one recently so she asked for my information I gave them to her, and this was done on the weekend and a few days later she texted me with a picture of the ring that I wanted exactly what I wanted What a great customer service I really enjoyed shopping there. All the staff was welcoming and friendly. I love the ring that I chose and yes, I would go back there. Customer service is what would make me go back first and then the quality of the jewellery thank you to all and to the manager.”

He didn’t look at the pieces with diamonds or other gems he just weighed it and only gave gold value. Wouldn’t recommend selling nice pieces they only care about the gold.”
