“Okay. I just have to share the experience I had with this place this morning:
I’m really happy I stumbled across this business. 10/10
The nonprofit I volunteer at usually uses a print shop in Vancouver, but I wanted to try one in my own neighbourhood.
I needed urgent printing done (due to the broken printer at the other shop), and Mark, who already had several pressing jobs, was initially hesitant to take mine on but ultimately went the extra mile to get my prints ready.
When it comes to the product itself, I’m not very knowledgeable about printing and graphic design, but the design I made worked well, and the prints turned out gorgeous. Even with the rush fee, the pricing was still very reasonable.
He is very personable but also no-bull**** type of person, which I really appreciate.
He really saved my hide, as I was responsible for a crucial print for my nonprofit that had to be ready that day—a task I had left until the last minute.
I will definitely use his services again in the future, but in a more timely manner—to avoid stressing both him and myself.”
