“I feel like an honest positive review might set a tough act to follow given the better than great service I got - in the first place clothes cam back clean in a timely fashion, but they are also the sort of place if they are off by a dollar on their price estimate they call you to make sure it is ok, and will offer to stay open an extra 15 minutes to make the hand off of my items.Oh, and cheap. Did I mention that an 8 minute walk from the mall will make prices plummet?”

“Been going to this place for a few years and I gotta say the men who run the business are friendly and polite and they keep the place tidy (its an older building so some of the tiles are stained but they do an amazing job of keeping it clean) their washers are decent they get my clothes clean and the price is affordable. i have been using laundromats for many years and know how to tell if the dryer works well so I pay attention to the ones that are working great and for a smaller laundromat they are amazing!”

“This place is reasonable and the machines are good. I started doing my laundry here as the landlords refuse to replace the old machines in my building. My clothes are cleaner and I’ve been doing laundry less.
The downside is the other customers playing their music loud and not using headphones for their phones. People be more considerate as I don’t want to hear your music.
I wouldn’t drop my laundry off for the business to do as I saw the proprietor mix white and dark clothes together. Sort the clothes for goodness sake’s! Colours run.”

“(Sept 2024) - New owners, great vibe, VERY KIND, good people, GREAT SERVICE. I had a big full bag off gross STINKY GYM CLOTHES that sat wet for weeks(??), Carlos soaked them over night and got the stink out!? I picked up my folded clothes next morning and told him I almost didn't come because of the previous owners reviews, I am SOO HAPPY I got to meet Carlos and used Labada(Philipino for Laundry:)
I will 100% be back with more stinky clothes??

“Great place to do comforters. Dryers are big, hot and don't waste your money. Guy who runs it, is super sweet and you can buy your change, for the machines there, or drop it off and it gets done for you. Small, free parking lot. Don't waste your money on the Cafe next door. I'm pretty sure it was a small bowl of canned soup for $6.
So, Def bring your own munchies or there's a cheap pizza place a few doors away. I havn't been there, in like 8 years, but it was good back then. I'm not talking about Me n Eds pizza. There's a cheaper, more suitable laundry day,on the go pizza on a budget option. Sorry, but last 3 times at ME n Ed's the toppings were just not doing it for me. If I'm cheating on gluten it better be top notch. No gluten free options nearby. Also a subway. Lmao with gluten. It's Glutenhood. I cant even go do laundry and grab a gluten free meal on the go. Lmao the saga continues.
So call ahead, order your pizza, put your laundry on, run & pick up and start eating your pizza, then put your stuff on to dry. Watch a quick crime documentary, next thing you know you've had lunch and done your Laundry and watched a doc. Kinda like like a drive in movie, but more work.

Great place to do laundry. Clean washers and dryers. Very cheap to do a load. The washer was $3.50. Dryer is $0.25 for 3 minutes. Took 30 minutes to dry my clothes. The owner is very helpful, polite and kind. Thank you very much.”
“Pride cleaners does an amazing job! I had a white wedding dress I had worn for a photoshoot which got covered in mud. Kiran, the owner took the dress in and assured me that it would get cleaned. I got the dress back and it looks brand new. I will definitely be going to Pride Cleaners again for dry-cleaning!”

“The women who does the alterations is wonderful. And their prices are reasonable. I originally had gone to another place close by and that woman quoted me $85 to hem my basic made-no slip-Amazon bought-cotton dress. $85! And that was after she insulted me by telling me that hemming my dress was not in the current fashion and I didn’t know what I was doing. And she told me when I visited her in mid-July she wouldn’t be able to “fit me in” until end of Aug or Sept. 2 months to get a hem? I wound rather hem it myself with a glue gun at that point LOL. Then someone recommended New West Cleaners. And she’s done all my dresses since. AND she’s super quick. I’ve never waited more than a couple days. Yesterday she brought in and hemmed 2 dresses overnight.
The only reason I did 4 stars is because the woman who does the alterations is not in all the time- if you need her to pin the dress while it’s on you you’ll need to call ahead and make sure she’s on site.
But her work is great, reasonably priced and fast.”

“Great staff, clean location is a little small but I had no problems maneuvering my way around. Huge washers and dryers hold 3 washers in 1 and the staff are not awkward, they speak to me like I'm a human. Even helping my dog”
“The folding area is almost non-existant, but honestly, no biggie, the ladies will usually accommodate you the best they can.
Let me tell you, I've been to some seriously gross laundromats. You know the ones – the machines smell like mildew, and your clothes come out looking dirtier than when you put them in. ? This place is the opposite! Everything's super clean, and my clothes always come out smelling fresh and stain-free.
The ladies here are the best! So friendly and helpful, they really go the extra mile. I sometimes use their drop-off service, which is convenient but a bit pricey since they do all the work. Usually, I just do it myself. For a family of three, it usually costs me around $20-$40, depending on if I have a bunch of sheets and blankets. Overall, I'm really happy with this place. It's clean, affordable, and the staff are awesome!
Another positive is the fact that superstore, the dollar store, and a few other stores are conveniently located in the same lot as well.
Also, if you read the negative comments most of them are ridiculous.
For example, the lady whining that the ladies took her clothing out of the drier..they probably did this because it was sitting in the drier and their were other customers needing to dry their clothing. Nothing to do with needing business education. This is standard at ANY laundry mat.
For the lady that mentioned cash only...most, if not ALL are cash only lol.
Absolutely ridiculous.”

Her excellent customer service and professionalism is above and beyond, these are the types of local business owners that we all need to go out and support. She is an extremely talented seamstress who was able to save a pair of work pants that I thought were ruined. I been coming here for years and have been following the process on how laundry should be done and the owner is unbelievably kind and his equipment should be respected!”

“This is my second time taking items here since moving to Port Moody and I have never met more thoughtful and kind owners.
I recently lost a little weight and had a strapless dress for an important event in two weeks - i tried the dress on and the dress no longer fit in the chest (kept falling down)
I didn’t want to change the dress too much or spend a fortune fixing it in multiple places. The owner came up with a very simple and effective solution and able to rush my order for under $40!
I will never go anywhere else!
