“I would have given 5 stars but we had a rough start. Truck went in for body work, which I was told would be up to 2 weeks
In 3 days I got a call to pick up the truck
It looked great from outside but the 3 days timeline bothered me.
Upon inspection there were some concerns of which when I let Norgate know. They then went all out and made the corrections, above and beyond the call of duty.
They showed me all the photos they have of the job making me comfortable with everything that was done. Well done Norgate!

“I got my truck delivered towed in to A&A diesel today august 9/25 at 11:00 am got a phone call around 1:00 pm told me what was wrong he then told me my truck would be ready and how much by time I got there he explained completely all issues none other than the one he fixed I drove off on a Saturday impressive. I give this shop 110% good Job. The best part is he called got the ok before he kinda finished it . I was at a other diesel shop in Prince George the week before and had some work done on my truck but when I got the phone call they said your truck is done gave me the price did one other fix that I didn’t approve along with the one problem fixed just called and said this is what’s been done didn’t call to let me know the problem just fixed it called me Said it was done gave me amount . I went there and picked up the truck and the other problem was still there and after they went ahead did work without out informing me . Bad place to go good thing they didn’t replace engine or something with out my knowledge . What I am saying take it to Ron and it’s done right honestly and with respect kodoos to Ron and staff go here honesty is what is all about .i will no say the name of the other company cause if they read it they know who they are and so do every person Prince George I know have there name bad place to go”

“I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this one is deserved. I needed to get my car repaired after a collision and all the shops in PG are swamped this time of year. Pro Tech was one of the places I could get in the earliest and Troy was so awesome explaining the process of what would happen to my car during the entire process. Dawn who I also spoke on the phone with was so friendly and helpful and gave me helpful advice after icbc ended up determining my car was a total loss. Even though I didn’t get to maintain my appointment with them, I felt cared for and that I was in great hands which was a major relief in a crappy situation”

“So, my 21 y.o. daughter calls me that she is trapped in Prince George with vehicle problems on her way home to Prince Rupert. She needs dad's help to find a way to get her back on the road. I googled automotive repair in PG and Randy's was the 2nd call I made; like the first call, they were booked into late September. In spite of that, they [reception] took my number and said they would speak with "Randy". They soon called me back while I was into my 6th call to find assistance. "Bring it in and Randy would have a look at it", was the return call. Within an hour or so Randy's shop had troubleshooted the problem, made temporary repairs, and my daughter and her friend are on the road again!
Can't thank them enough to put things aside temporarily to help troubled travelers. Speaks volumes about the kind of folks that run a fine business like Randy's Auto Service!

The parts department is hit or miss, sometimes good, others bad. The service department is always great to me.
Overall a good place, just be a bit careful dealing with the parts department here, they will sell you parts that don't fit, and then argue about taking it back, even though it is 100% their fault.”
