“I was looking for some new shirts and I went to a few other stores and I didn’t even get a single “hello” let alone any type of acknowledgment. However I took maybe 3 steps in Below The Belt and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help. Which is the only thing I really need to shop at the store, after finding some shirts I decided to check out a couple more stores but didn’t get greeted so I went back and bought a some shirts. 10/10 with customer service like this I’ll be back when I need more shirts.”

The very helpful staff member recommended the Wind River T-Max heat, and they are extremely comfortable and are keeping me warm in this cold snap. Mark's has been my go to Canadian owned store for as long as I can remember!”
“I absolutely will always tell people about Spencer’s. My daughter, who is special needs and can’t really get a job like other teenagers, had saved up all summer for the backpack she had her eye on since the beginning of July. It was on sale at the end of July but we couldn’t afford to help her as we had a big vacation planned for August long weekend. So, when she was finally able to get it yesterday, and the sale wasn’t the same, from 40% off to 20% off, she was pretty sad that she was $7 short. I asked if there was anything else that they could do, like a student discount or anything else that could help. The manager was able to get a 10% extra so she could pay for it with $3 to spare. I thanked her many times and you should have seen the smile on my daughter’s face!! She saved up all summer and refused my help because she wanted to do it on her own. I’m so proud of her and I swear I was going to cry in the middle of the store! I absolutely love those girls and I hope all things lovely and wonderful come their way!!! Love this store!!!”
“Good prices on clothes for my young daughters. They chose to shop here after walking around the whole mall. No wait at the till when we were ready to buy. We were offered help but didn't want any. We were fine navigating the change rooms and racks on our own. Visiting from a smaller town, it's nice to have options. One of the other customers was less than polite, but not the stores fault.”

“Very positive experience. I came in to find a suit for my wedding. The staff were friendly and were able to quickly get me sized and into a suit I love. I was measured for alterations which were completed in less than a week.
Very impressed by the price as well. As a smaller business I expected that I would be paying much more than the competition but I was pleasantly surprised. The sale that was running resulted in an extremely competitive price.
Even though I was only there for a suit, the selection of clothing was impressive. Highly reccomend if you're looking for high quality clothing with a more human touch than any of the large chains.”
