“Marks is a good store to shop at for work gear. I would like to see more women's workwear.I want to caution about buying these Merrell work boot. I bought them a month before I needed them. Wore to break in then wore to work. Well two months in the side seam let loose and the front cracked. Of coarse I made it past the point of return, but for a boot to fall apart this soon after wearing is such a hit to the pocket book. I work a cushy 5 day a week job, 8to4 so heavy work wear was not the issue. Again not a complaint about Mark's it just happened to be the place I bought em and the only place I can find to add a review.My next boot will be one with less seams to come apart.”

“So I had a gift certificate to softmoc, I went online and ordered a pair of slippers.I used the gift certificate and paid the remainder of the balance with my debt. It was super easy to place a order. I called ahead the staff checked and confirmed my order was ready for pick up. Super polite on the phone and very helpful. When I went to the store I was greeted by the staff I picked up my order and that was it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I very happy with the service I had a not so wonderful experience before and I have made multiple online purchases. So the staff has very stepped up the positive attitude and customer service. So it was a good experience and I will be returning or ordering online and going to for pick up . Thanks ? There's good sales and selection , some really great quality products”
