“I’m always intimidated by buying shoes, especially when I feel stressed to purchase something I don’t love. I can happily say that wasn’t the case at all for me today at Walk-Rite. Sales associates were so friendly and helpful! I came in originally thinking I wanted a pair of Birkenstocks that the store didn’t carry, but I thought I’d try some other options. I ended up leaving with a pair I’m really happy with. There was no pressure and the woman I worked with was so patient and brought me tons of sizes. Thanks so much!”

“Simran was very helpful. She helped me find two pairs of shoes and assisted with ordering one for the pairs online as they didn't have my size in store. Was attentive and very patient as I tried on multiple pairs and they were quite busy while I was there. All staff were friendly and pleasant to talk to you. Very happy with my shopping experience.”

“Recently purchased a pair of hiking boots, but before my purchase, I made sure the staff knew how often, how far and the type of surface. I had been burning through boots every couple of months.
I wanted to make sure if they started to wear quickly that I could return or exchange them. I was assured that would be fine. Two weeks later I returned as the issue I was concerned about was happening.
Happy to say , they outlined their normal policy, but given I had been assured, they offered alternatives or a refund without issue.
In my book it says a lot about the integrity of the business, and one that deserves the communities support.”
