Very welcoming staff, a little small in the office but exceptional customer service overall. Great craftsmanship on the repairs and was notified along the way of the repair. I understand that it’s under new management, and I can say that it shows. Great shop to go to, I highly recommend!

Having to get any vehicle repairs is no fun but I will say Craftsman Collision on Queensway has always been amazing to deal with, kind, courteous, and they always go above an beyond, I highly recommend!
