“My radiator failed badly last night and left me stranded in Quesnel. Jon and Davina at this 7-Eleven were incredibly considerate and allowed me to stay for most of the day while I waited for a replacement part to arrive. They checked in to make sure I was comfortable and were consistently kind and professional. While I was there, I also noticed how well they treated other customers. The washrooms were clean, and they even allowed me to do a quick temporary fix in a far corner of the parking lot after I asked permission. (I definitely recommend asking first—don’t take this as a free pass to work on vehicles anywhere.)
Overall, genuinely great service during a stressful situation. Much appreciated.”

“Always friendly and very clean in the store. Decent pricing. Gas pumps are always stocked with clean products for cleaning your windshields with paper towels ect. Garbages are emptied regularly and the outside of the store is very clean. There is a lot of pride taken in their store and you can definitely tell! Bathroom is always clean and well stocked. Store itself is well stocked with a variety of products and the isles are clean. Floors are always mopped. Very well maintained!”
