“I called and ordered a beautiful kitchen matte black faucet that was on sale at their location. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any in stock, but he ordered it in for me and will give me a call when it comes in. He said I can have it for the sale price when it gets in. Very courteous over the phone. I don’t live there but I bought it for a gift for somebody. So they will just go into the store and pick it up when it arrives. Very courteous fellow on the phone.”
