Filipino lady at the counter had a snarky attitude when I asked to see what vapes she had. God forbid that you ask her to see what kind of vapes they offer and the prices when you decide to change your mind. Encounter lasted 1 minute but was the worst customer service ever.

Rude...rude...!Picked up some nice flowers for my partner upon her return from Toronto. At $30.00, an OK price for the convenience. Entering the store, the lady was speaking socially to a delivery guy. Totally ignores me for 5 minutes while I'm at the counter. Eventually, I have to wave for her attention and ask if I could be served. Not even a hello and no eye contact. She just kept talking to the delivery guy. I ask to have the flowers wrapped but no paper which I was fine with and paid. I asked if she had a plastic bag as the water was dripping off the flowers and into the counter and floor. "No" was her reply. I promptly asked her for a refund and without even muttering a word, she refunded me and continued taking again to the delivery guy. Needless to say, I won't be going there again

The old (excuse my language) Filipino lady her name is Grace that works there's has a rude attitude every second week I fly in and out for work and I always go there and that lady is always mad I am married to a Filipino and they are great smiley people most of the time but that one lady omg there's is something going on with her I have tried to say good morning or have some kind of conversation with her but she always rude and kinda give me my stuff and walks away even when I say thank you have a good day she don't say nothing maybe someone should tell her to be more friendly ?♂️

The lady tried to take my 25 cent change when I asked for my change back she gave it back with attitude. Great pizza though.

Be cautious when purchasing compass cards here!! The woman sold me a used compass card with a negative balance on it. She hid it under a new one when she passed it to me. I noticed the card was scratched up and clearly used when we went to load the cards. We immediately went back to inquire and exchange for a new one. She refused to exchange and denied selling it to me basically calling me crazy. She then ignored me and moved on to other customers as I was standing there talking to her. I had to buy a new card as I was afraid it was linked to someone else and didn't want the negative balance. I called the store multiple times to try and speak to the manager but was always told 'they aren't in today, try tomorrow' I forget the woman's name but she was extremely rude and very suspicious, immediately acting defensive. Unbelievable! Beware!!

Less than your average 7-Eleven. There was no hot food in the case. Coffee machine was out of order, the other one I tried to use had a thing on the screen alerting that it needed cleaning. And then the machine that produces lattes just hot water came out. This store seems to never pick up the phone, and when they do, they do not listen to what you are saying, they will just tell you random information then hang up on you. Only reason I gave two stars is because of the convenient location in the airport.

I naturally love 7-11 since my country have this type of convenient store, which you pay for the convenient to yourself and when all the shops closed at midnight. Same as many fast food store, your hungry can turn into monster.. I am happy the airport with this vendor. Awesome

YVR 7/11 has NOT the same prices as ANY 7/11 store.Because its AIRPORT they lift up the prices quite a lot .No good.
