Our family loves going to Ackroyd Pharmacy! The staff, from the Pharmacist to the assistants, are absolutely amazing. The Pharmacist are so patient and knowledgeable, always taking the time to explain things in detail, especially to elderly Asian customers like my parents.

I went to ask for UTI pills and they Said after 3 of them talk together that they have no time to do that I could not believe but that was the service I have informed My Doctor who sent me there .That store should be closed IF they do not have time to give patients very needed antibiotics

This pharmacy used to be very efficient, polite and provided an excellent service. With the new people working there now, their services have deteriorated .....no response to email requests or even very slow on answering calls...leave a message but recording indicates mailbox is full. Management really needs to buckle-up!
Have been with them for the 10+ years!

This was my preferred pharmacy for years but recently the service declined with the addition of a new pharmacist, Nicole. She never speaks in English when explaining new prescriptions and defaults to Mandarin. She also didn't check my coverage for my prescription and brushes it off with "this drug is not covered" (my insurance did indeed cover the prescription). I don't think I'll be going back to them anymore.

I came here for my Co-vid 19 booster and I was able to get my flu shot at the same time. They took me early and were very friendly and professional. As well, there were 5 pharmacists and assistants and they were a constant blur of motion.Customer wait time was almost non existent. I can see why Chemex is so popular.

This place never going back and I promise to make sure none of my family members or friends go there! Very disappointing.A friend & I went on to buy some salonpas (medicated patches for pain) ,stood in the Q but we were basically ignored. They let other people go ahead of us ,upon asking why we were being ignored ,the girl at the counter said if we dropped of our prescriptions? Really? You sell stuff off the counter so am buying these were my thoughts. My friend put the stuff back & walked out and said she didn't need it anymore .It felt like we were ignored & shafted coz of our ethnicity.. very very hurtful and disrespectful..Never going back!!

Bought a nasal spray based on the recommendation of one of the staff in the store. Later on we did research on our own and found that the product was not suitable so we went back for a refund. The manager greeted us and told that a refund was not possible as the box was opened slightly. In reality it was never used. The manager's attitude was poor. We bought the product as we trusted their knowledge but unfortunately they provided incorrect information.
