The Worst Customer Service in the World
I am not Canadian, and this is my first time shopping in this country, so I was unaware of the return policies. I purchased three pairs of shoes in the size I usually buy. When I paid, the cashier, Ebi (who seems to be new), didn't mention that two of the pairs were final sale and proceeded to pack them. Since I don't live here, I didn't find it useful to take the boxes, so I asked if it was okay to leave them behind, and he said it was fine.
Later, I wore one pair for a day and realized the size was slightly tight, so I returned to the store to exchange the other two. After confirming the size, I went to the counter, where the person in charge told me that I couldn't make an exchange because I didn’t have the boxes and one of the items was final sale. I mentioned that this was never told to me during the purchase. She got extremely rude, showing me the policy and insisting on it. Then she called her manager, who was even ruder, saying they wouldn’t do anything in the store and that I could call customer service, but they wouldn’t help me either.
Both of them were Asian (I don’t like to categorize people by race, but in this case, it's necessary because they refused to give me their names). I must clarify that Alejandra and another staff member from Ireland were excellent and provided the best service, trying to understand me and helping me calm down.
This situation is incredibly frustrating, and it's unbelievable that they would offer such poor service to someone who was a victim of the new employee's mistakes and the lack of empathy from the two people who attended to me afterward. What a horrible experience.

The store clerk was very nice and reminded me that there will be more discounts on Thursdays and Fridays, which saved me a fortune~By the way, a lot of Boston 12 is really a versatile running shoe!

Went to store on tuesday to buy 10 pair of shoes for my family member as i was going back to my home country. So i wanted to have size 8 as for 5 pair of shoe however they were having 8.5 size so i thought if it wont fit my brother then i would bring them back with me. So the employee who was helping us even didn't told us these shoe would be final sale as he was also not aware about the fact. Suddenly a lady came with her food i think she would be manager and told the girls on cash machine don't give them more discount. To my surprise you can't say that if i am eligible for any discount i will get it there is no store who has ever said that next thing she came up with was this is final sale. There was no heavy discount or any holiday sale going on she came up with her own thing its a bulk sale people usually return it is hard for us to manage. I mean are you serious you are a employee you can change your job any time when you get good salary but you made a loss to company who was going to get $1300 .Making your own rules and regulations which are not on company's term and conditions is violation of company terms. I would ask owner to look into matter and see this doesn't happens with other customers.

This particular location has way more options than regular Adidas stores from the mall.
Come by during weekdays, it way less people.

Last Thursday I visited this store and the experience was very amazing. The staff were
very friendly and helpful specially the girl name Simran. she helped me with finding my perfect size in pants. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience.
