Always enjoyed shopping at this store for courteous customer service and helpfulness. Recently, I placed an online order, which I picked up from the store. I decided to get another shoe, which was also available online. The store representative, Hurleen, was very professional and helpful. I'm very pleased with my experience.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Harleen during my recent visit to Aldo Richmond, and I must say, her customer service was exceptional. Harleen was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I appreciate her expertise and the outstanding service she provided. I will definitely be returning to Aldo Richmond, thanks to Harleen's excellent customer service.

Massive shoutout to the crew at Aldo CF richmond's had an event I needed shoes for and the first lady that helped me was so helpful and kept me informed about their 60 day return policy so I could take both home and figure out which worked best with my dress, didn't realize I needed my receipt for return and lost it, came in one time but unfortunately manager wasnt there to help sales asc was super nice but limited in what she could do, called today if manager was in and they weren't but AM was and got my return settled back to my card instead of just getting store credit!! super super grateful for the help and a little PSA about their receipt return policy

Worst return experience ever.Their associate (tall asian guy) made remarks like "your returns made our store negative for the day, thank you for that". Like what, who says something like this?! I returned TWO PAIRS of shoes, not a closet-full. Maybe their sales are on the decline or something, idk. Then because my returns need to go on separate cards and he punched them all as one return, he said "you should've told me this at the beginning, now I need to redo EVERYTHING!"That was the second attempt to do the return. The first time their systems were down so I had to drive back.BUT their other store associate, Alex, gave me a great shopping experience.In conclusion: the most hit & miss shopping experience you'll have. Prob not worth shopping here for the rude attitude you might get

Compared to Metrotown store, this one needs a lot of improvement. They gave me a pair of damaged “new” shoes. I wasn’t aware of it until two weeks later when I tried to try them on and found out there’re extra fabric and extra stitches. So I went to Metrotown store to exchange for a new one. Then when the sales took a closer look at the shoes, I saw that the bottom of the shoes were completely dirty and no label on it. It’s like someone’s already walked outside and returned that pair of shoes. Thanks to the Metrotown sales for exchanging a new pair for me. I was super embarrassed actually coz I swear I just opened the box and absolutely didn’t wear them outside of that Richmond store.

I love how there's lots of shoe class to choose from and that each class offers at least five different pairs of shoes with sizes available, if not available, they are still available online as being said by one of the staff. The customer service was way better than last year's.

Very bad and dishonest customer serviceWhen I ordered my shoes the guy said it will take 3 business days, its now taking over 15 business days.The worst customer service you can get, they are rude and unprofessional!
