They have the best price in GTA and excellent customer service. Beth Ramajo was the sales rep who helped me and she was extremely helpful and kind. Best experience ever. Nice to have welcoming people like that in customer service.

A solid place to get anything and everything you need to fix things in your house. I come here to find the random part to fix my dryer (twice), the flush handle for my toilet, the valve to stop toilet leaking water, and most recently the obscure part for my dishwasher.
They sell cleaning supplies, tools, electrical parts, and anything to maintain or fix in a house or commercial location.
The staff, like david mcmurray who helped me recently will help you find a part number and order a part, if for some reason they don't have it in stock. No pressure, just honest help.

Karen was so helpful! She explained and helped me troubleshoot what I needed to fix my oven. Came back the next day and she got the right part for me in a couple minutes. Great experience. Will definitely go back and strongly recommend.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They will give all excuses when you order a replacement part and wait 7 weeks with no result. To get a refund is like pulling teeth at the dentist.

A few days ago I went to the Richmond store .The staff here are very nice and make you feel warm. A few days ago, I needed a lawnmower part, but unfortunately this store didn't have it. Karen enthusiastically helped me find two lawnmower repair shops online, and I bought the part I needed there for only $5. If it weren't for her help, I would have spent more than $300 to buy a new lawnmower. So I was very touched. This is a caring store.

Richard at Amre was excellent at examining my ~15 year bathroom fan motor and quickly helped me find a replacement that worked flawlessly. He even tested it for power, so I was confident when departing the store. Great customer service.

Positive review for Karen at AMRE.
Knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we needed with one glance at our fifty-year-old old exhaust fan. Helped us confirm that the problem was with the motor rather than the housing. Made sure that orientation of the new motor and impeller matched our old unit so that it would blow in the correct direction and showed us how to flip the motor if needed. Answered all our questions and had us on our way in ten minutes.
