This store is just like any other Apple Store physically. But the staff here is amazing, they are very knowledgeable, they understand what concern/s that we are trying to convey in regards to the trade in process. Kudos the people working in this location !

A very spacious store with lots of good assistance. Especially enjoy the continuing workshops that apple pays for for all of their clients. I am a Samsung guy, but I certainly do admire what Apple has going for it

I am trying to avoid going to this Apple location, as the staff isn’t friendly.Besides being knowledgeable, you need to be more respectful to the customers, especially loyal ones. Genius Bar is okay, that’s why I would give 3 starts to these guys.

Worst customer service at this store. Employee have too much attitude. Employees are roaming free but no one is attending customers. I went there 3 times and all the time I experience same. My name was registered for appointment at 5.30 PM and when it was 5.30 pm they said they are waiting for person ahead of you, I waited till 5.50 pm then one of their employee came and said no your enquiry will be answered by another one i will not attend you. Everytime I experience same in richmond. I usually go guilford town centre and it is very good.If you really want to buy apple products go to guilford they will explain each and everything about every product. But this store is worst, don’t waste your time.

I don't buy Apple products but my Mom does. After taking her to replace her iPad pro, I sold her a package. $2300 later only to have the tech guy talk to me like I'm two. Very happy I use Microsoft and I only have to deal with these guys when my mother's around. Where's my commission apple??

Decided to look at some new fruit stuff. This location is towards the S end of the mall.Parking can get a bit crowded, especially since they tore down the old Sears parkade. Try parking on the W (Minoru) side if the E (No.3) side is full.Becuase it was that time of year, the store was pretty packed. The place seemed a bit short staffed. With that said, I saw some staff members fiddling with their devices (didn't look like they were working) but also not helping anybody, despite there being a crowd around them. Even tried making eye contact with them. No dice. Not too impressed.Finally managed to find a staff member to talk with and he was able to answer my questions and send me on my way.

The staff are unfriendly at all.I was there to return Apple Watch, and was talking to a Chinese lady, she said your watch is broken we cannot return, I told her that is the case, so I took off the case and there are some dirt on the watch, then she said, “your watch is scratched, you cannot return it!” I told her it is the dirt, and I used my finger to removed it, it was easily removed, she still did not believe me. Okay, after I cleaned it and prove it is not scratch, she asked me when did I buy it, I said Sep 22. She said show me your invoice, she said “You bought it on Sep 12 and it cannot be returned.” I told her I ordered it on Sep 12 and it was delivered on the 22nd. The series 9 is not even released to the public on Sep 12! She was suspecting everything I said. Finally she went to another person to let him help me. I was not helped and I asked another sales person and she direct me to the return table.When I arrived the return the first thing the guy said to me was “ why don’t you pack those up? If everyone is like you….” I was already very upset with the lady, now I was educated again by the sales person! I told him I do not know how to take the band off and I don’t want to damage the watch so I couldn’t return it. I told him if he is too busy, he should talk to the manager to hire more stuff but not put your anger on the customer. He became angry and shouted at me “ THANK YOU!” and let me go, then he called me back that he forgot to ask my email to send me a receipt. The whole process is really unfriendly and ridiculous! No one asked me why I return that watch. It is unprofessional and rude.

The worst Apple Store I visited. Went there to get a MacBook Pro. When opened the box it was full of dust and the box was damaged as well. I went back and ask them if they can replace with a better box and they said no all MacBook boxes in their store are damaged like that. Like seriously you are telling me that a company like Apple cannot transport their MacBook to the store without damaging it! The lady working there was really rude and it does not feel like an Apple Store. Went to another branch the next day and they replaced it immediately with a nice non-damaged box. Avoid the Richmond branch if you can. They will give you a very bad impression of Apple if you visit them first. I also asked the other branch about the Richmond branch and they said they hear this complaint about Apple Richmond Centre all the time. Apparently, they make customers feel like they are unwelcome there.

The service here is terrible! They do not communicate with customers adequately and are very dismissive since they know they will sell products regardless of their service.I came to pick up the new watch today and was told to line up to make an appointment. When I made the appointment I was told to come back in 45minute stop pick up the product. So I sat around waiting only to find out that that I had to line up AGAIN when I could’ve been in the line the whole time. I told them that they did at no point explain to me I could have been in line this whole time and they just dismissed and said they’re very busy. Take some responsibility and actually communicate with customers and not just waste their time. Apple do better and advertise your line up and appointment process.

The Genius Bar technician replaced the broken screen on my iPhone 12 quickly. I brought it in on a Monday night and it was ready by Tuesday morning. Thank you for your very quick service!

I arrived from Mexico City today after a long flight and forgot to check the battery life n my iPhone which by the way is exceptional. I didn’t have enough charge to get done my few errands and book an Uber so I went to the Apple Store where there were 2 young men who helped me to charge my phone. They also told me where to find Tim Hortons and an ATM when I was finished. I don’t know their names but thank you Apple for hiring such wonderful customer service representatives that go above and beyond. BTW, we love ALL our apple products! Thanks again for making a long day easier.

They have very kind staff, but the there are techniques that they use to make people want to buy their products. Nevertheless, if you’re thinking of buying a product that (like a laptop charger for your Mac), don’t think of buying a fake one or one from a different brand, because the quality is incomparable.

Oh what a great experience. I thought Steve Job would raise up from his coffin!!!! Waited for this Apple staff for over 5 minutes to ask for assistance while she was finishing up serving a couples. She didn't seem to be all that engaged in her clients though. Did she take note that there was a client waiting there for her to help. Finally the couples left and she was finishing up her administrative chore. To expect her giving me an eye contact acknowledging my being there.... Hello sir, I am just finishing up and would be with you in a minute. I was talking to myself! I then patiently waited for another minute or so noting that she probably was about to finish her chore. I asked, would you be able to assist me now? "Sorry to keep you waiting. What can I do for you?" I found that I was speaking to myself again. Not a word in response from this lady. I started speaking, does Apple do price matching? I told her London Drug selling MacBook Air M2 15 inches with a $ Off. She kind of say Apple did do matching but won't be doing exact matching. She would have to talk to her manager. I said not sure how London Drug could do this. She said she would not comment. "Did I ask her that?" Silence for 15 seconds or so..... I then asked, are you going to ask your manager? She kind of looking at me as if she was shocked that I was still around. She said, Apple at most offer 5% discount. Wow, she must be a maths specialist catching that the discount offered by London Drug was over a 5%. She successfully sent me away ... Not that I didn't mention her name or kind enough not to mention hers. She never told me her name. I would remember her face though despite there had never been any eye contact from her. Had a terrible experience with this store few years ago. After this one probably would never go there again. Thank you Apple. Never thought that I could meet up with Steve Job in "person" after all this year!!!
