At the Junk branch, printing A4-size details is $5 per page. Four sheets of A4 paper are $20. Why don't you grab money faster?Making people disgusting by the bad attitude. Also if you print out your transaction details they charge you $5 for each page. Which year it is right now? ...1998????

Terrible, they close off their atm machines preventing people traveling there far to do a simple deposit on them. They need more locations in burnaby and surrey for people to easily withdraw or deposit in them.

Visited several times, the branch is tidy and clean, and the staff is friendly. Maggie, in particular, was patient and knowledgeable, she helped me a lot with a couple of things.

honestly saying, the staff is ok, but the parking lot is absolutly chaos. bank of china richmond location has 14 parking spots, on wednesday morning 11am, parking is full. Guess what? I have to pay parking along Saba rd. But when i entering the bank, there is only ONE customer. FIVE staff working. but how come "RESERVE CUSTOMER PARKING " are full??? I believe they should tow away or ticket all the non-customer cars (even their staff's cars not allow park at customer spot). From their parking restriction, you could imagine how unorganized and unfrofessional they are.

If I can rate them at zero star I will. We were referred by bank of China Hong Kong as we weren't able to update our account to access internet banking. Therefore, bank of China Hong Kong told us to come to this place to fill out forms. The staff here isn't helpful at all, and keep telling us to use internet banking. But the fact is we weren't able to access internet banking that's why we come to you for help. This branch is hopeless. (There was also another time we also came across staff that can't even spell probably)...Is
