I’ve visited this store a few times close to closing (usually around 8:30ish, and they close at 9). Most of the staff are super friendly. But there’s one employee who has repeatedly made me feel rushed to pay and leave, even though I’m usually in and out in under 10 minutes. The tone comes off as pretty unwelcoming. I get that it’s the end of the day and people want to wrap up for cleaning and such, but if customers are being pushed to leave early, maybe the store hours should reflect that and close at 8:45 or 8:30 instead.

Bosleys Ironwood is a wonderful store. The new location is much bigger with 2 dog washing stations. They have absolutely everything you need. My dog loves to visit the store. But what really makes it amazing is the staff. They're caring, knowledgeable, and always remember us and our doggo. I highly recommend Ironwood Bosleys!

Nothing but amazing things to say about this store and the staff. The customer service is stellar, there’s always a staff member to welcome you and help you as soon as you step in the store. Went there today to get some recommendations for dog allergy support and the staff member helping me was super knowledgeable, walked me around the aisles and told me all about the products she has personally tried with her dogs, and which ones she recommends.
The knowledgeable staff here really set Bosleys, as a whole, apart from the other big chain pet stores - I always know I’m going to get fantastic recommendations from the staff here. Plus, speaking as someone who has an allergy-ridden dog, the only food, supplements and products that have made a positive difference for him are from Bosley’s.
Highly recommend this store.

Great place, super dog friendly, my dog always gets excited and loves to visit and smell the treats and toys. Love the dog bath that they have which includes treats, shampoo, towels, and the shower itself. A large store with canned and dried foods available and various shapes and sizes of treats and toys. Lots and lots of parking in Ironwood mall.

Took my dog for a wash last weekend to Ironwood, Richmond store and was pleasantly surprised to know it was a complementary wash. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended to freinds with pets
