Took my dog for a wash last weekend to Ironwood, Richmond store and was pleasantly surprised to know it was a complementary wash. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended to freinds with pets

Helpful staff. One helped me find products for my dog's condition which was at the back of the store, I was certain I couldn't find it on my own. At the cashier, same friendliness.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I got my hands dirty fishing a chicken wing out of my dogs mouth and they were happy to let me wash and sanitize my hands.

I was scammed by their "buy 12 get 1 free" program. I was supposed to get my free 24lb bag of dog food today. I've been counting down how many I needed to buy for months. Today I went to pick it up and they said I'd only bought 5 of the 12 I needed to get a free bag. But the last time I bought one they told me the next one is free.I've been buying pet food from them for years and I've literally never gotten the free bag. I'm convinced it's not possible.

Took my pup for the self wash service. The staff was super courteous and knowledgeable. Very clean facility. There are 5 or 6 varieties of soap. Not having much experience with the service, it was great having the purpose of each soap explained. Towels and treats included.

Super nice and helpful staff,The woman working cash that day was really helpful with suggestions and knowledge of the treats I was looking for. They also have the cutest attire for dogs. 10/10 I'll be going here instead of my local bosleys.

I got great service from Kate and Alex at this location. I went in for a bath for my dog (standard goldendoodle) and they were courteous and friendly. They mentioned that the restraint in the tub was broken which was good to know in advance. Treats with samples were provided as well ?I later bought a new leash for Yoda as well as a couple of other items. The staff was knowledgeable and kept up their friendly demeanor throughout my time at the store and were attentive.I recommend going to this location and would love for the staff to keep up with their great service as that makes or breaks the experience.

This store is well stocked and the staff are quite nice, however I am ALWAYS uncomfortable when I go there, at least weekly to buy bird food. I am treated as a though they believe I am there to shoplift, often sticking very close to me, even though I tell them I am going to buy wild bird seed and food for my pet birds. I think that they are following store protocols but it is very uncomfortable. I am 65, dress nicely, no hoodie, sunglasses or hat.

Clean stuff are very nice. It’s convenient in a strip mall. Lots of parking.Only thing that I did not like was actually at the website it does not work properly at all. Which can be very frustrating when you’re looking for something.It’s in Ironwood Mall beside dental clinic so it is really convenient. And there’s ample ample parking and there’s also wheelchair accessible parking as well.

Friendly and very helpful staff. They helped us out today with the purchase of a new lifejacket for my pupper. Will definitely come back again even though we have a Bosley's closer to our neighborhood. Thanks again you are awesome!
