I had a really positive visit to this store. The team was attentive, approachable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed. It is clear they know their products well and genuinely want the best for your pets.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you can tell the people working there truly care about the store and the customers who come in. One staff member went out of their way to help me and offered thoughtful product suggestions that were actually useful.
It is great to see a local pet shop that feels lively and community focused. This is the kind of place you want to support. I would absolutely recommend stopping by.

Where do I even begin with this Bosley’s location? It is an absolute disappointment. The employee Parminder is unfriendly, unhelpful, and consistently assumes the worst in customers. Rather than offering support, he confronts customers and acts unfairly and unjustly. The store itself is dirty and disorganized, with clutter throughout the middle of the store as soon as you walk in, and it smells musty and unpleasant. It is not a welcoming or sanitary environment, especially for a business that claims to care about animals. Please do not come here unless you want to be treated like an unvalued customer. This location clearly does not care about animal well-being and seems only focused on saving money. Once again, Parminder’s behavior is unacceptable—he is unpleasant to deal with, accusatory, and will question and accuse customers of misusing coupons. His reasoning and verbal explanations are beyond confusing and do not align with the actual terms written on the coupon. He is doing the most when it is a simple transaction.
Overall, this experience was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go to Garden City or Ironwood instead, where staff are kind, respectful, and actually care about customers and pets.

I have always had great customer service at all Bosley’s locations, except this one at Terra Nova. Seems like new owners. I wanted to do a return since I was visiting this mall for other errands. Item was unused in original packaging, purchased from another location 3 weeks ago. Person at cashier (probably owner, as he was ordering others to do work) would only give a store credit. No refund. I always thought Bosley’s store policy is better than this. Sorry, I will not purchase from this store again. I will definitely still visit other stores. For a $16 item, this store has lost many customers.

My experience here wasn’t very good, and I wouldn’t recommend coming for a dog bath. First, the sink wasn’t cleaned in time, and the drain was clogged with fur from previous dogs. I had to remove the large clumps of hair myself, which was quite unpleasant. Second, the drying equipment had major issues: one blower didn’t work at all, and the other had a hose and connector that kept falling off during use, making the whole process frustrating and inefficient. In addition, dirty towels were piled up in the laundry basket, which didn’t give me much confidence in the overall hygiene.
That said, the staff were friendly and polite, but the equipment and cleanliness really need improvement. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Huge shoutout to Abi at Bosley’s Terra Nova! He’s super friendly and genuinely helpful — took the time to explain everything and even helped me load the dog food into my car. Such a great experience every time I visit. Thanks, Abi, for going above and beyond — highly recommend this store and their amazing team!

First time visiting this store and we had such a great experience! The cutest staff member, Messi, greeted us at the entrance and was super friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back to shop again!

So our dog was at the Vet, and I took my 10 year sister over to see if there were any toys or Hemp treats for joints, cuz our dog is an older boy. The man at the counter was following us the entire time and staring at my younger sister, and for context, I am a 25 year old woman, and this man was being very creepy and eyeballing her the entire time. She was sticking close to me, not making a mess or causing a disruption, or doing anything wrong but this man kept following us barely 4 feet away.
Not only this, but I asked him where certain treats were and he couldn't even answer that question and had to call a wonderful young woman over who could help us five minutes later.
While the woman was helping me, I told my sister to pick out a shampoo for our dog, she was barely 6 feet away from me and I was keeping an eye on her the entire time, and the man was once again staring at her and standing very close to her. Once again, I must reiterate that she wasn't causing a mess or disruption, she was just picking out a shampoo, giving them a quick sniff and then putting them down.
At this point, I took my sister, thanked the woman and left without buying anything because he was creeping both of us out. The woman was very helpful and informative, but I'm leaving one star because the whole experience was terrible because of this man. I do NOT recommend coming to this location because of him.

I'm so glad that I shop in this Bosley at Terra Nova. I had been shopped in 2 others Bosley in richmond in the past that is closer from my home. But I have to say only this Bosley at Terra Nova, they had the most outstanding and excellent customer service, I really thank you and appreciate Droy being so patient and kind every time take my order as I'm quite picky with select my product sometimes, and I also want to thank you the driver Soman for carefully deliver my products to home all the time, you guys rock!! U both are the only reason for me to shop in bosley at terra nova, and I don't even bother to go to the other 2 locations anymore even they r closer to me.

I just had such a positive experience doing a return at this store. I didn't realize how difficult returning products purchased online to a store were but the manager and the young woman working there patiently helped me. I would definitely visit this store again. They were both so friendly even though it must have been frustrating and challenging for them.

The vibe inside the store is so uncomfortable now. No welcoming whatsoever or a word from anyone. I think the new owner needs to do a crash course on customer service instead of focusing on the awful hand written promotions on the door.
Edited to add that it’s shameful the owner is adding fake five star reviews instead of addressing what he is doing wrong.

very uncomfortable and unfriendly vibe since the new owners took over! they need to learn how to treat their staff and customers better. its obvious they don't care about the well-being of your pets, only about sales. tacky posters on the windows, dirty and cluttered store, no music. will no longer be supporting this locations and i suggest you don't waste your time or money here
