Stephan is patient, approachable, polite, navigating you from start to finish. We had to rip off years old carpet throughout and replace with vinyl flooring. Also, there was some major levelling to do before the flooring was laid. It was all done very neatly, especially the customised staircase area. Jan did a phenomenal job of making sanding and refinishing the floors to look new again, and he was also able to change the stain from dark brown to very light. I couldn't be happier with my "new" floors!”
