This place is shady. Guy wanted to be prepaid in cash for full service. No self serve option available. If you’re going to be full serve only, maybe figure out that you’re in the business of customer service. Won’t make the mistake of ever going back. Recommend finding another better run gas station in the area. 0/5 stars

Arrogant pump assistant refused to let me pump accusing me of being rude stopped the machine when i told him to leave me alone to pump. Cashier was biased due to same enthicity. No sense of dignity for customer. Terrible

After I fuel their gas, the warning light of engine of my car is on. I tell them that they quality of their gas is not qualified. They said they can do nothing.

Paid air pump on Dec 26th. Not working. Told staff on-site. Ask for receipts or refund. Not available. Ask to post a not working sign on. Staff refuse to do it. Terrible gas station service ever had in Vancouver.

Dropped in for gas and was disappointed that I had to ask for my windshield to be cleaned and gas to be pumped. As a full service station, you should be asking your clients what they want instead of assuming they can serve themselves.

The pump ran out of paper and the employee named Param told me to go inside and get my receipt. I said I could not because I have a back ache and she said they were busy but I told her I will wait. She left and just walked around not even helping any other customer. After a few minutes, she went to the office and got my receipt and gave it to me. This employee was very rude and in my opinion lazy too.

I'm writing to complaint about the service that I had on this banch. I bought a gas this morning and I asked for Supreme/91. They guy put Regular instead. BMW car won't run on Regular gas. I complaint on the manager and only suggested me to buy more gas. If my car get stall on the road or engine failure or accident because of the employee's mistake or a trip to BMW to fix the engine, I don't think the Chevron branch on Blundell and No. 3 Rd. Richmond will do anything for compensation.
