This place is ridiculous. They “have a rule” that even when Not busy, one cannot fill the vehicle unless gas tank is right next to the pump. Even when hose is long enough to reach. Purposely stopped pump until car was moved. “Someone might get hit” was their excuse yet no other station has an issue.

It's so sad what happened. Why did Parkland group run this to the ground? This is one of the best run and most efficient and most happiest gas stations. How could they have ruined this? This is a case study that should be studied by the UBC business school to prime example of how a new owners lack of expertise can ruin a business. I support it because it's in the area but I distainfully do in my opinion, the staff are fairly honest. It's the ownership in this is what happens when you get rid of privates Alberta that doesn't give to who it's about any of the staff or the customers. They are the gas half the timeUpdate April 2024The service ain't even much worse than international students that don't show up to work. So gas station that's supposed to be full serve is now almost half self-serve avoid this place, it's all costs and also complain to the city because I thought Richmond is supposed to have all full serve stations. There should be some fine for this

These dumb people would not tell u it’s cash only even while queueing up when gas is cheap. Waited literally 15 minute in queue and by the time I got my spot they said cash only. Lol like cmon if you just tell people while they’re queueing up it’s cash only so it won’t be jam packed and I wouldn’t have to waste my time waiting just to get a middle finger to my faces. Whoever the manager was on shift should be fired for poor decision and management

I recently visited the Chevron station on No. 2 Road and Westminster Highway, and I have to commend Ali for his exceptional service. Despite the busy time, Ali efficiently managed the flow of customers. When it was my turn, he swiftly processed my payment, filled my car, and provided me with all the necessary information about the Journie rewards program. I decided to sign up, and Ali even went out of his way to get the rewards for me from the store. I am 57 years old, I've been to many gas stations, but Ali's level of attentiveness and dedication truly stood out. Thank you, Ali, for going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience.

Was at the Chevron at No. 2 Rd & Westminster Hwy to fill up my wife's car. Krishna who works at the station informed me that payment at the pump is not working and have to prepay inside. By the time, I paid and returned to my vehicle, Krishna already washed my rear window and washing my front window. I started filling my tank and Krishna insisted on taking over after cleaning the windows. After the tank was filled, Krishna informed me that the printer at the pump is also not working and if I wanted a receipt. When I indicated yes, he went inside and returned with my receipt. He was courteous and smiling all thru our interaction. I never had service like this, at a gas station, in decades. THANK YOU KRISHNA! I hope your boss appreciate what a great employee you are.

Micheal is an excellent employee. Cheerful and helpful. He cleaned our windshield and rear window as he was humming a song. Great full service experience.
