Micheal is an excellent employee. Cheerful and helpful. He cleaned our windshield and rear window as he was humming a song. Great full service experience.

Full serve and always quick and cheerful staff willing to help out. As a person with disabilities I prefer to go to this station than the ones in Vancouver where I have to pay more for gas.

Filled up my tank here on Feb 7,2023, next thing I know my credit card got hacked and had purchases from India. I don’t usually tap my card but the tap feature won’t work so I had to insert my card. BE AWARE.

The guys took my $10 cash and pretend to put gas in my car and didn't give me a receipt. I left before I realized he didn't even put any Gas in. I should have looked at the meter but did not think the attended was going to steal my money. He should be fired and I can identify him.

Nice clean gas station, good location, friendly staff. The store inside is tidy, bright and organized and have some nice drinks and snacks. Spacious and clean bathroom and has a TD ATM. Usually have the cheapest gas price around in the evenings, but could get busy and possible line ups.

I just gas up right now and the chinese guy at the cashier was so RUDE!!! I go inside to pay my gas and redeem my points which is I already have 300 points! Then after I explain it to him, He talk like high tone, and he said I need to go first in online app and read it what’s the instructions there. And I was like I already have my points card why don’t you scan it so that I can use it right away! Then after I paid then he just realized that I was right and now the points will go back to zero since I reach the 300 points without using it! I really understand if he didn’t get what I’m saying. But the way he talk to the customer was kinda rude! I don’t know why this gas station allowing a cashier that has a bad attitude. I am regular customer here but I think I will not going back here anymore! I don’t recommend to pay inside.

I vowed never to use this gas station a long time ago. Like many on here who have mentioned and noticed, the attendants are slow to help in pumping the gas or doing anything. Being the only gas station around this area on a major road, they often have lineups but they do not manage the traffic well even after all these years. Cars are going in from all directions all fighting to get in. Got yelled at by strangers for cutting into the line when there were two lines from both directions. Not a good experience at all!

There is (or was) a very deranged person who works here. This incident happened about 2.5 years ago. Richmond has a municipal by-law that prohibits gas stations from officially offering self-serve fuel. However, the extremely outdated bylaw is not enforced, and it's generally accepted among drivers and station staff that customers do fuel their own vehicles without issue. One night, about 2.5 years ago, I pulled into this station where there was a long line for full service which spilled onto the road. I encountered a pump with a traffic cone next to it implying it was out of service, but the pump was actually operational. A lot of stations do this to funnel full-serve guests towards the pumps closest to the convenience store when it's not busy. On this night, it was clearly very busy. Since I was willing to serve myself, I pulled up next to the pump and inserted my payment card to begin the transaction, expecting there to be no issue since I wasn't impeding the station's ability to serve the queue of full-serve customers. After my card was approved and I picked up the nozzle, an obese Caucasian man who appeared to be in his 50s confronted me aggressively and ripped the nozzle out of my hand as I was about to insert it into my vehicle. He mashed the Cancel button on the pump and chastised me for using the pump that had a cone next to it. This seemed inappropriate since the pump was working fine and I wasn't harming anyone. Not wanting to escalate the situation I pulled my car over to the other side of the pump island which did not have a cone next to it and started the transaction again. However, this psycho became all the more aggressive, got in my face, and cancelled the transaction again. Finally, he directed the clerk who was working inside to remotely disable all the pumps on that island. I get that they need to manage traffic volumes on their property, but they are clearly going about it the wrong way. I am not sure if management is aware of or condones this behavior, or if this is simply a rogue employee. I have not seen him here since this encounter, so I presume he quit or has since been terminated for his atrocious behavior.

Strange workers made me feel extremely uncomfortableI went here yesterday at 3AM to fill up my tank. One of the workers immediately comes outside to greet me. I let her know that I'm good by myself. Instead of going back inside she stays beside me and keeps starring at me while I fill up. I like to top up my gas tank all the way after the pump makes that clicking sound to indicate that it's full. She keeps starring at me the entire time and after a minute she says "is it done yet?" I inform her that I'm just topping up the tank all the way and that after its full it usually takes an extra $10-$12 dollars to completely top up. After I'm finally done she finally walks away. So weird.

All Richmond gas stations are full service by law, this one is not. More like full self service, almost all the vehicles filling up, including mine, were done so by the customer. The attendant was literally sitting next to my pump with no offer to help. I was unsure of the law otherwise I would have got him to do his job thats required BY LAW.
