By far the worst experience ever at any CIBC branch. If you only speak english, do not go here, they won’t help you with anything, instead of helping clients and attempting to make things easier they will do the opposite and make things as difficult as possible. Just go to the Blundell location instead.

Waited for about 10-15 minutes and no one was really around to answer a question. There was just 1 customer in the entire branch. I could've walked out with a workstation without anyone even knowing.

I was trying to deposit a chq into my business account but I don’t have the bank card. I understand the no teller concept but this is unacceptable. I walked into the branch, feels the place is totally empty until I found a person hiding in her office. I told her what I’m trying to do, but she told me there’s no teller at the branch and her client is coming soon. No apologies, no alternative solutions. Well done CIBC!

This is the only branch in Canada when I enter I see literally no one around me. Customers were waiting for the staff to show up. When the staff had arrived, I asked for a bank statement and she looked so confused. They didn't help me with the document I asked for. Transferred my funds to RBC and I got my report in 15 min from the nearest branch.

I’ve worked in customer service for along time so I know how to work with people. I come to this bank a lot and every time I’ve gone here, no acknowledges that I’m there. They always want to shoo me away as quickly as possible. Never want to help with my concerns. Ive been a customer for a long time but I’m definitely re thinking switching over. Learn to work with people. Always dread coming here.

Absolutely horrible service. I had booked an appt and nobody was there to help me. The person whom I had an appt with called me and invited me to her office and did not even ask me to sit down - she just spoke to me while I was standing there for 15 minutes! There is zero customer service, never going there again!

Absolutely terrible branch…. Nobody is ever available to help people walking in. Even if you book an appointment and the person you booked with isn’t in they don’t call you to at least let you know.
