Hokun from the sales floor is extremely unprofessional and rude to be a sales person. And extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Request the floor manager to act upon the feedback shared.

Found pricing difficult to determine as signage would be in front of a shelf but in one area it was for just that shelf, for others it was all the shelves. Helpful staff.

Terrible service. Called the store to reserve an item. Was told it was in stock at this location. Drove 1.5 hours to get there and was told in person that it was out of stock. Rude customer service accompanied by an unwillingness to help their guests at all. Wasn’t even greeted with a smile. Hands down the worst customer service at a coach store that I have ever received. First and last time there. Will not be back to buy anything there due to this poor experience.

Aya assisted me and my friend today at this location. We bought a couple of things and she was very patient and kind in regards to check the prices after discount for us and made some great suggestions.Moreover, all of the employees are eager and willing to help. Had a great experience, will definitely recommend this location if you are looking for great customer service.

Came in this location today to purchase the Coach umbrella. Front staff confirmed with me that the umbrella has additional 20% discount on their website by showing me the coach canada outlet website on her own phone. The lady at cashierhad to consult with the male manager.The manager said there is no further discount. Says theprice is the same regardless of color and no additional 20% off. Was about to get into the car when i checked their outlet onlinewebsite and it does say there is additional 20%. Went back spoke to Manager who consulted another manager saying the website is not the same as the physical store. The way they handled this is very rude and they seem to not communicating properly amongst themselves. Maybe next time tell your staff not to refer to the website as you clearly do not honor your coach canada outlet website.

I really had a very bad experience with Coach. I ordered some of the bags that were in sale and my order was not even shipped for like 15 to 17 days and when I got to know that my order got shipped with some parts of the order or some items in the order were not Shipped because they said that we don't have this item available and then I had to just regret and leave it like that because when they did not ship it when they had the item available they did not ship it at all and when they shipped I didn't receive it. After that I had some gift cards that I used to place an order. I used those gift cards to place an order and then again my purchase got cancelled and they refunded me in the same form that I used to used to place the order, but then again, the gift cards that were issued to me. I didn't receive one of them and when I tried to use the gift card that they sent me and it was invalid. Then I had to contact the third-party company that they used to send the gift cards. They also send me the gift cards again. Those were invalid and it's been like 4 to 5 days now I have been contacted back-and-forth, but I did not receive any kind of solution every single time they say that somebody will give you a call but I didn't receive any call. I really really had a very bad experience with Coach even after ordering a purchase of around almost $500- 1000 still a customer is not being valued, so I don't think so. The my experience was that great but yeah I'll have to think like twice before ordering anything from Coach now.

The attendants were really nice, but the lady at the cashier was rushing and isn’t very happy to attend us. Although she was nice enough to ask if I found everything alright. Maybe she was just having a long day (we went at night).

None of the associates are helpful. I spoke to multiple of them and they were all rude and did not want to help me. Out of all the employees working there, only 1 was actually helpful. They charged me 10 dollars over for a wallet and now I have to go back to get a refund.

A few of the goods that I got did not have their price tags inside which made the cashier staff have difficulty processing them. She took everything that was inside (e.g. care instructions) and even stretched one of the wallets WIDELY, just to reach and check the item description tag without care for the product. It took her more than 5mins before I was able to finally pay. After all that wait, you would think she would carefully place back all the paper/tags she removed, but she did not. She just dumped everything inside the paper bag. In the end, she had an upset face and had a sour tone when she said "Have a nice day."Very very poor customer service. She does not deserve to deal with products nor customers if that is how it is handled.

This outlet, the staff and selection of products is always a must visit for my family
