Worst shopping experience ever. The staff is getting paid to just talk yo each other. I called them about an item in small size. They said they have it. I drove 55 km and then no one wanted to help. I tried to find it everywhere even where they put the items in front of fitting areas. There girls were taking there, no one offered help then I asked them about the item. They said they don’t know. Then I asked about a rain jacket in small size then they said don’t know. Then I asked about warmer they said they don’t onow. They I asked about waterproof pant they said they don’t know. Really, they even didn’t scan anything, don’t move a feet one inch just turn their head. Then they started talking again. Like come on, show some effort that you’re serious about job. I understand maybe you don’t have scanner to find items atleast move your feet which you have. Covering your face with mask cannot cover the way you treat customers.

I had a fantastic experience at the Columbia store, thanks to Dinraj. He was incredibly helpful and attentive, taking the time to understand what I and my family was looking for in a jacket. I appreciated his patience as he guided me through various options, ensuring me and my family found the perfect fit without any pressure. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and I left the store feeling great about my purchase and grateful for Dinraj's assistance. Highly recommend seeking him out if you visit! We were there to find one jacket for myself but landed buying total 4 jackets for my family because of the excellent staff.

The staff in this outlet location is really bad in service.
They dont greet. They dont offer help. When the staffs talking, they are happy and laughing. But once we asked them for size check or help. They wear porker face and rejected to help.
The reply from them is “ the size is all here” “oh what?!” “ ok” and left.
Included my group, theres only 2-3 groups of customers. So they are not that busy.
The attitude of the staff name Tovino is rude and mean in tone.
For the whole process of purchase, I did not hear any thank you or feeling welcome.
I wish the Columbia have better training and regulations on staff training

The store itself has a wide variety of options at a great deal. However the customer service is really poor. Went in there 6 staff with one register open. Would be more understanding if the staff were busy putting clothes away or whatnot but they kind of just stood around nor spoke to anyone

I love their items. The clothes are very practical and of excellent quality. The price is okay, but there's nothing like it in Brazil with the same quality and price (so, it's worth it).

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Columbia Factory Store in McArthurGlen Designer Outlet! I snagged a great bargain on a raincoat and windbreaker jacket, both at 70% off. The variety of shirts priced at just $29.9 was impressive. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend this store for incredible deals and excellent service!

Just came out of the store today, May 26, 2024
There was only one cashier open and three employees in total in the store two of them were just talking and looking outside and using their personal phones at work. No customer service given no customer was attended and the lineup was big.
I hope this reaches out to the manager and they talk to those employees

That was a tight and untidy store but had friendly staff. I returned an item there, and the process was ok without any inconvenience but I had difficulties with the refund process with my credit card.

For all customers, if you buy their products from their website, do not ship it back, they'll charge you $7.00 for shipping fee, $0.84 for shipping tax and another $7.00 for return shipping label fee. Most online stores provide free shipping and free return but not this one, their website didn't mention anything about the shipping fee and shipping tax customers have to pay, it only mentioned about the $7.00 return shipping label fee, so you'll be surprised how little of the refund amount you get back after you ship it back. I will never buy their products online again, very disappointed. I wish I could give them zero stars.
