I’m very impressed with this store and will be coming back.My cat litter has been discontinued at large pet retailers. I called this business and received amazing customer service. 2 big bags of cat litter have been put away for me until I arrived. I was also asked if I wanted to put another order in.Super friendly and efficient.

You have to love a place where you go into buy something (in my case a towel for my dog) and the owner ends up giving you one from her car, just to save me having to buy something for a quick visit to Richmond. Now that might not be great for the bottom line of business but it surely reflects a generous attitude for customers - is that not what we'd want from a business?I would definitely recommend this place.

Karen is the wonderful owner of this store. “Best in Richmond” winner I might add! Many products are available and if not in store, she makes every effort to bring it in for you. I’ve been happily shopping there for years. Wonderful service and always a great over the counter chat. Michael helped me out tonight and was very cheery and helpful. I love supporting local businesses and Karen and her staff make it easy to do so!

Single-handedly the best customer service I received at a store in my life. I wasn't in the store for more than 3 minutes, and didn't even buy anything in the end, but the employees still made sure all my needs were met. Whenever possible, I will shop here from now on.

We didn't make out or anything, but this corgi owner caught my eye. He pet my doodle. Also great selection of cat food in a can, staff always cheerful and friendly.
