Better to avoid this place as your employer at all costs. Too much politics, always had issues with pay, no regulation followed. Operations are of lowest quality. High turnover. Employees getting hurt constantly. Constant yelling and mistreating of employees. Employees with huge language barriers and no culture of safety in place. They push Employees to the brink of collapse and at the end of the year try to cover their toxic work culture and year around behavior with a slice of pizza and a fake smile.I wish i could give negative star ratings for this company. Non unionized employees are not treated well and contractors milk the projects to the core, feels like everyone is there to steal and back stab each other. Company not keen of employee's safety and well being. This company cant even afford coffee for their employees. Their standards of operations are low. Management is run by people hired from the streets and has no clue whatsoever. The hiring sign on Lillooet street has become a tourist attraction because of high turnover and frequent leaving of employees. Only an unskilled person will work here. Not for wise and skillful people.
They try to cover up their toxic environment with a slice of pizza on Christmas.

Drivers are horrible. Almost hit our car on the highway and proceeded to honk at us, they need to relicense their delivery drivers before an accident happens.

Good place to get fresh meat products. Though a major exporter, they cater to the public as well. I will definitely buy from them.
