*Updates* despite their reply and emails regarding someone will reach out to us so we can feel supported, NO ONE contacted us in any forms so far.I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the recent customer service experience I had at Richmond location. As a long-time customer who has always appreciated the quality of your products and craftsmanship, I was looking forward to my most recent purchase, a chair, arriving.However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment when I received a phone call from the receptionist at the Richmond location to schedule a delivery time. As I was at work and unable to take the call, I politely asked her to email me the details instead. To my surprise, she laughed and replied, "Email what?" with a mocking tone.This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable and left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. As someone who has supported your brand and products for many years, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism by your staff.I have reported both to Ethan Allen Canada the the Richmond store manager who promised me will look into it and get back to me. Now it’s been a month and still nothing.Will never buy from them again.

Ethan Allen has been fantastic in the furnishing of our home. Anica in particular was great and would highly recommend everyone to pay them a visit.

I had an extremely bad experience with Ethan Allen.I ordered two sofas from them and they were delivered to us after three months with lots of defects.After a month of phone calls, someone came and he told us that the sofas need to be returned so they can get repaired. The question is why Ethan Allen doesn’t do quality checks when they send products to their customers? After two months, I’m still waiting for them to do a follow up and nothing has happened yet.

Our designer is Anca Ardeleanu. We are very happy with the furnitures, rug and painting she picked for us. I like the quality of the furnitures. Will continue to buy Ethan Allen through Anca. ?

Thank you Anca for your incredible service! We so appreciate your endless patience and many great suggestions. We bought a beautiful sectional and cannot wait to have it in our home. There were many styles and choices, something for every taste. Highly recommend this Ethan Allen store and especially the design service from Anca. She was a pleasure to work with. We will be back.

Anca Ardeleanu was a great listener, and she was patient. She provided us with with design suggestions that would not only make our rooms look beautiful but we’re practical and met our needs. Anca made our redecorating process a positive experience. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing design assistance.

Bad Bad Customer service. Never buy it again. I purchased the order in Feb, 2021. Untitl now I don't recevie any furniture. When the order is done, sales never follow up it. When my sales representative Vita called me, she answered the call in the half way. Then she ran away and past the phone to her assistance. What kind of service provide to customer?? It doesn't help the customer to solve the problems. Ethan Allen only provides lots of excuses regarding the orders. This company is not a honest and reliable.

Anca Ardeleanu, a Designer at Ethan Allen gave us thorough and expert advice on choosing a new leather sofa for our family room.She gave us her full attention and made sure she understood our needs(we have a big dog) while recommending very good quality furniture.Anca also took the time to come out to the house to help us with deciding on the right colour of leather to suit our decor.Anca also was kind enough to answer several general design questions regarding our open area design and gave some excellent suggestions with absolutely no pressure to buy.As a result of her incredible expertise and guidance we are going to change some items and are more than happy to give Ethan Allen our business.Thank you, Anca

We have a great experience with Ethan Allen Designers Kay and Michelle in the last couple of weeks. They not only help us with their wonderful service at choosing the furnitures we need but also provide us with their great design ideas at the setting up of our house. All the steps from selecting the furnitures to the measurements of our house till the sign up of our order are processed with no rush but only very friendly service.

I had an excellent experience with the service I got from Kay and Michele, two great ladies working at Ethan Allen Richmond , BC. I have been more impressed when I received my furniture which is delivered just on time as we agreed in a perfect condition with no damage, just what I exactly ordered. We have been using them ( 2 sofas, a chair, a dining table and 8 dining chairs, and a king size bed with 2 nightstands) for 3 months now and absolutely love them. Thank you everyone who helped us in purchasing for our new home and Ethan Allen making such high quality furniture!

I called Ethan Allen and Stephen was most helpful on the telephone. Upon our arrival at the store he went right to work to help us buy our new sofa and chairs. He was knowledgeable about the products. He later drew up a floor plan for our new living room furniture as well as help with our living room renovation. Thank you Stephen, we are so appreciative of your professionalism, we are finally done looking around at different stores. We are well on our way to a new living room. Fantastic service!

Very impressed with the service and selection at Ethan Allen in Richmond BC.The quality and style of my new sofa is very satisfying. It is exactly what I expected. My past furniture purchases have been from department stores where you rarely get to deal with the same salesperson throughout your purchase. I appreciated having one point-of-contact and the one-on-one, unhurried assistance from our salesman, Stephen H. The delivery service was also spot-on. Sofa arrived, approximately 5 weeks after purchase (as promised), within a 4 hour delivery window. Delivery fellas called me 30 minutes in advance and efficiently brought the sofa in and set it up.This was my first foray into a getting a higher quality (aka more expensive) sofa. I’m glad I did. Money well spent.
