Please do not go to this shop!!!!!They didn’t inform customers that refunds are not allowed and all sales are final. If you are unhappy with their services, they will insult you and claim that people who give them one-star reviews are crazy and insane .They also physically pushed me and confiscated my phone. Their product are so craps and damaged. PLEASE BE WARE THIS SHOP!!!

The furniture here is of high quality. Very happy with dining table, chairs and chaser lounge. Due to room limitations we had to change our purchases prior to delivery and the attendant was very accommodating. Then there was a mix up with delivery where my items were split over 2 days instead of 1 but they resolved all issues smoothly. Excellent service and will buy and use the same delivery service from these guys again.

*****DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!*****When we first bought our couch from Future Furniture, it seemed like a great deal because it was cheaper than most couches out there and we were trying to save a few bucks.Fast forward 2 years later and it feels like we're sitting on wood- absolutely no support. We can't even have guests over because it's so uncomfortable.They claim their couches are good quality but there's actually very little cushioning and over time you'll be able to feel every single piece of wood that was used to build this garbage.We 10000% regret buying from this place.Save your money and buy elsewhere!!PS: All the 5 star reviews are probably paid reviews! Read the 1 star one's, they all mention the same thing- CHEAP QUALITY

We have 2 years old toddler so didn’t want to have expensive furniture. Future furniture is the only place I could find affordable and designs I like.We bought counter height dinning table and coffee table. I am surprised that furniture is good quality for the price, really easy to assemble, no damage and exact same as we look at store. All staff are friendly, response any questions in 24h and I didn’t have to wait for long time to get my furnitures! Only pick up window is a bit tight. Make sure to contact them before you go to pick up.I am happy to what I get! If I need more furnitures I would definitely check again!
