A lady staff was so rude, i was checking on some clothes and she just hang one piece of clothing infront of the rack without courtesy, and keeps following me pretending to organize some clothes on the same rack.

Again was disappointed in this store. After going to a different H&M I was told to go here as they had my size. When I arrived I noticed the item I wanted was in the window I went to the cashier at the front to ask for the size and they need to get there manager over to help out. When the manager, Wendy arrived she was nothing but rude and condescending to me, telling me that it was company policy to not pull items from the window. I asked her if they could exchange the size in the window and I could get the one on display she just kept interrupting me to tell me it was company policy and she couldn’t do anything. I asked if they could pull one from another store and she said that again was not company policy however I could go there and get it. That would mean I need to go to 3 stores to get one dress with seemingly no help from anyone. Wendy was rude and talked to me as if I was dumb and didn’t understand how retail works. Had she been wiling to help me out a bit I might not be as mad however how she treated me was just beyond rude and if I had gotten a chance to speak without her talking over me I would have said the same thing to her face.

Both times my wife and I went to this RC location to try on jackets, one of the female staff members would always follow us and pretend to be organizing clothes beside us. It gives us a bad feeling, as if she thinks we are thieves, so we decided not to return to this store.

I went in to try a few things on at the Richmond centre location.The change rooms reeked of Fabreeze which I’m allergic too and completely ruined my contacts from the chemicals in it.Im surprised they spray since people are sensitive to scents and chemicals.
I went back to return a dress and tried a few things on and again they had/were spraying in the dressing rooms
I’m really disappointed that such a environmentally friendly store would be doing this

Never a pleasant experience coming here…I’ve resorted to only ordering online now due to my experiences in this location….today we went into make a return and the cashier said “we’re not doing returns today, come back tomorrow…” sorry what?

I'm not shopping because of the price burden due to the economic downturn, but it was an enjoyable shopping experience with reasonable prices and quality.

Wasn't allowed to return a gift. With the receipt. Got on messenger with them and they were very helpful. Then abruptly stopped responding. Now the actual time-frame for returning the gift is about to come up and no help in sight. I expect more from H & M and have started questioning spending my money there in the future.

I am disappointed with the shopping experience at this store. The manager's attitude was extremely unpleasant and disrespectful. Furthermore, they refused to address post-purchase quality issues, even when customers provided purchase receipts, offering no assistance whatsoever. I strongly discourage purchasing products from this store unless it's for one-time use.

Got crazy here, low prices and some interesting collaborations on hoodies. Metallica, Iron Maiden , Nasa , Simpsons, Beavis and Butthead, Naruto, etc.
