Really don’t understand what’s with all these 1 star reviews…. Great selection for off season quality clothing, suits and shoes especially if you have small or very large feet. Best of all, sales are very friendly and doesn’t follow you around + respect your personal space which enhances your shopping experience. managed to snag Chuch’s derbies for 70% off retail. New favorite store at the outlet!

Yesterday, I received a message from my sales person who has a good relationship with me that new clothes will arrive. When I went into the store, I chose a reversible jacket, and I gave it to the sales to keep out of respect for sales and store items. Then a sales named Simran took the clothes I selected to the back office without any notice and closed the door, and then did not take the clothes out again, and told us that the price of the clothes would be increased.As a harryrosen client, I have seen the price and am ready to pay. But your staff took the clothes away without any information and closed the door, which made me very uncomfortable. I think it's very unprofessional. I think you should have uniform standards and not lower them just because it's an outlet storeI was very disappointed, but it was a gift for my family. I still choose to buy. When I went back to the store, I thought that whatever the reason for the price increase, the price tag of the clothes should have changed. However, you staff are still very unprofessional in scanning the original price into the system and changing it manuallyThis is a situation I have not encountered in any store. You shouldn't show it on the floor if you're not ready. I tried to talk to the manager, but at first Simran told me she was the manager. And then another person came up to me and talked, this makes me very confused！But can any employee become a manager when dealing with problems in your company?I am not satisfied with the good practices of your staff, and I think I have been cheated by the consumer. I don't know how you're gonna deal with that
