Sell garbage. I bought a black set of towel hangers, open a month later, and they were chrome in the box instead of black. Went back to the store, and they didn't exchange it.
Basically, they can sell you donkey in the box when u buying an elephant and not responsible.
I'm trying to avoid doing business with not reliable or accountable suppliers and can't recommend them to anybody.
Better pay a bit more in good store

I have been shopping here for a while. You have to know construction and construction materials. You may be taking a chance on some things as there is no return policy unless unopened and undamaged in box. But for materials like tile and vinyl or laminate, you cannot beat their prices. Same goes for specialty plumbing and electrical fixtures. Again, buyer be ware. You are taking some chances but may end up finding a great deal.
