“I don’t write reviews often but wanted to make sure I put this out there. I’m surprised this business has yet to be BBB+. This could very well be the best insurance agency in the lower mainland. I came on a Saturday afternoon 30 minutes before they closed to purchase optional NVR insurance and had exceptional service with both Suzanne and Karen. As someone who did not have too much knowledge of this stuff, they navigated my questions diligently, patiently informed me of the T&Cs, and ensured my understanding through the process. I ended up saving $$ too! It also says alot that most of their staff have worked here for 10 years+ —-that experience is invaluable and they are definitely doing something right. PS they are also very dog friendly as I was with my 3year old doodle. 5 stars all around!”
