I've been here probably a hundred times and every time the service is exceptional, timely and polite. They have a great team with people that are willing to share their expertise and experience without any pushy sales tactics. Great job guys!

I called over the phone to ask for a specific style and size of shoe. The manager confirmed they had it but failed to tell me that they were changing store locations and were not open the next day when I said I would come in person. I show up the next day store is closed called the phone no one answers. Was able to catch the manager outside the store and he sheepishly agreed he forgot to tell me but asked me to come back Friday.I go back few days later.. noones answering the phone, no room to leave a voicemail and store is still closed. OUTRAGEOUS MISLEADING SERVICE. Very poor moronic management. Would give zero stars if I could. Needed shoes for my engagement shoot. Don’t waste your time coming here or giving your business to them.

Of the many stores at Vancouver, this one is for real. The selection for footwear (but bags too) is always great, and the prices are much better than in the US outlet of similar store.I have been visiting pretty much at every visit in Vancouver and always ended up with great finds.And the added bonus: the staff there is always genuinely happy to help - and it shows!Your new must stop at the outlets! MB

Me and my girl walk in. She looks at shoes the sides on a pair of shoes. He runs to the back. I'm looking at shoes like I like these when sells meals on. What size are you comes out with shoes. Trying to pressure me into buying shoes. Nicest salesman. Soon as he didn't make a sale, he didn't know you. Turned his back and start talking to a co-worker They all work on commission not hourly. Push push push. It's like they're almost selling a timeshare. Won't be back. Wasn't happy with the quality of shoes anyways. Advise you not to go there either

Great selection and pricing @ Jimmy Choo. Herman was very patient with me and brought out many pairs of dress shoes for me to try on. He is a true luxury specialist. Very satisfied with my experience and will be back in the future!

Came by last month during a long layover, convenient to shop here as it's so close to the airport. Dealt with Jaydee and he was awesome and although they didn't have my size in stock, he offered to ship them to me since they were available at the warehouse. Today John called to confirm my shipping address to ship the shoes out. Amazing service and staff, I hope to drop by again sometime!

I went to a few stores to look for a pair of evening shoes and found the perfect pair at Jimmy Choo! I had a wonderful experience with Herman. He asked me questions to understand what I'm looking for in terms of comfort, and took time to look at photos of my outfit!Herman is not only patient, but a great STYLIST as well! I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I will be coming back to see Herman in the near future to look for casual wear.

Wasn't on planning to visit this store but my girlfriend was superbly inclined to check it out. Didn't know much about this brand but the quality of leather fairly decent. Not to mention some pretty fire deals, if lucky. We were pretty overwhelmed of the selection but due to the amazing service of Herman, we were able to pick out the best options! Thank you Herman and your team for great engagement! We hope to visit again!

Just purchased a few pairs of shoes for my mother and girlfriend, I dont usually shop womens shoes but the manager, Herman, was extremely helpful in helping me pickout the right gifts for the most important women in my life. Initially I was worried about the style or color to get, but Herman’s expertise made the experience simple and worry free. Thanks again!

My mom and I came to the Richmond outlet store. John and Jaydee were very kind, genuine and professional. They were patient and showed us all options until we found exactly what we wanted and more! Prior to coming to this location, we had a very bad experience at another store so it was honestly such a breath of fresh air to deal with people who were so thoughtful and helpful. We walked out with two handbags, one wallet, a fragrance and will definitely be back in the future! It was raining outside so they went above and beyond by covering the bag with plastic so it doesn’t get wet. Thank you John and Jaydee!!

Sam was the best salesperson they had but Elaine is great also and my experience was incredible. John, the manager, is excellent and my time at Jimmy Choo has always been positive and memorable. I have nothing bad to say about the store besides the fixturing which could use an update or three.

A 5 star rating would not be sufficient for this review. I would give 10+ stars if I could! I cannot say enough great things about this location. John and his team are exceptional, professional, so warm and welcoming and above all consistently treat all their customers with such great care. My dog Sam loves all the happiness that surrounds him every visit. They are the epitome of exceptional customer service. Every time you come to McArthur Glen this Jimmy Choo Outlet store is a must to visit. The store layout is very well organized and beautifully displayed. It is always a phenomenal experience here whether you are looking for something in particular or just browsing. Never any pressure, only patience and smiles. They are the epitome of exceptional customer service. With such wonderful staff and customer experiences, I just keep coming back! A HUGE heartfelt Thank You to John, Thalia, Lola, Elaine, Herman and the rest of the team! You are the BEST!
