Jordans Home was one of the most FASCINATING furniture stores I have visited. Staff were very accommodating, with Philip's very unique and helpful advices into making my home into a more beautiful place to live in. I was recommended to try to Kindai sofa, and boy it was one of the most comfortable sofa I've sat on.

A truly wonderful experience. Furniture was truly of high quality, and of great comfort. The store is well maintained, being CLEAN and ORGANIZED, making it a truly bizarre and appealing sight to see. Staff (Specifically Philip) was accommodating and was VERY HELPFUL. Thank you to all staff members in Jordan’s Home for giving me a great experience overall.

Awesome experience at this Jordans location. The manager Phil was professional and went above and beyond to make our couch dreams come true. I really appreciated the helpful and friendly approach while not pressuring us at all, giving us lots of options. We now have a beautiful new sectional purchased at the Richmond location. Our family recently ordered a Canadel Downtown dining table base from Jordan’s Home Richmond location, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The table was custom ordered and was expected to arrive in approximately two months, but to our surprise, it arrived in just a little over a month. The quality is top-notch, and we are thrilled with our new piece.
Jordan’s Home offers a fantastic selection of styles, with a variety of wood types and staining options to perfectly suit any space. The service from all staff members was outstanding—everyone was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
